Do not come here. They are not professionals. The doctor forget to send one medicine to my pharmacy and the front desk also forget to follow doctors instructions.The doctor spoke to front desk to schedule a follow ** in two month. The front desk get sidetracked and forget the date and come up with 30 days and told you it does not matter. She is so lazy to double check with the doctor.I told front desk that I need speak with the manager. She said the manager is not in and will have manager call me back and I never get the call.Do not trust the reviews on ******* They play tricky on reviews. They send email to request reviews. For good reviews, they give you link to ******* For bad experience, the link will take you to their own website and hide bad reviews.Also, there is no way for you to talk to your doctor in case you need some clarification after your visit Last, they did not send you your test result.Review from Tom M

Visited this office once to have a corn removed. I was asked to pay a so called insurance co-pay at time of visit which I did in cash and got a receipt for the cash payment. Over a month later I got a bill in the mail that did not show the prior cash co-pay. Credit card payments are charged an additional ****% fee so I paid in cash. After I received the bill by mail I made a phone call to their billing office Kirkland and I was told that they had to call the site I visited in Renton to verify that I actually paid the co-pay at time of visit, which is probably standard practice for all patience to pay a co-pay. The new billing statement had no record of any co-pay and had not given any credit for it. Always keep your receipts and check your statements over carefully when dealing with this type of business. This is not good business practice to ignore prior cash payments when billed and should be corrected.Review from Carrie M

I had a few visits at this office last year. I paid as I went and had two appointments for orthotics. One appointment to be fitted and one to pickup my orthotics. I paid HALF at the fitting and HALF when I picked them up. Now here we are, 6 MONTHS after my last visit and the clinic is saying that I did not pay! I called them and left a message explaining that I paid as I went and I paid using my credit card so I have proof of payments, and even have **** reference numbers for the transactions. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. So I assumed the info I had supplied them was sufficient. BUT NO. Here I am 6 weeks later and now I am getting 30 day late bills. WHAT THE ***** Incompetence galore! I am absolutely livid that not once but TWICE my payments were not recorded, and no one will has contacted me to resolve this. Looks like I am going to have to bring my payment stubs and show up in person at the office to get something done about this. Unacceptable! If you decide to be treated here MAKE SURE you use a credit card and NOT CASH. Accounting isn't to be relied on here. Never again!!!! ??
