BEWARE!!!If I could give this company less than one star I most definitely would. We had a clogged drain and after the employee of Olympic Plumbing Technology spent time supposedly snaking the sink and going about four feet were told that this would not work. He said he would need to go under the house into the crawl space to cut in a T and hydro jet the line. The charge would be approximately $2,200. This seemed a bit outrageous so another plumbing company was called for a second opinion. The new plumber was able to clear the drain with the snake without a problem.Olympic Plumbing Technology charged us $578 for basically getting nothing accomplished .The new plumbing company was able to clear the drain for $321.

Olympic Plumbing Technology is the best in the game hands down. They are quick and efficient every time we have had to use them. Price is in line with other plumbing companies in the area as well.

I had Olympic Plumbing Technology come out to snake a drain. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. The invoice charged me $410/hr. Sounds really high and unreasonable to me. I would never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them. And I think the technician might consider going into business on his own.

We are enrolled in Olympic Plumbing Technologys annual maintenance program, so obviously were very satisfied with every aspect of this locally owned small business.Yesterday, during a routine hot water heater flush, *********** **** M spotted a minor leak. Rather than replacing the entire unit, he was able to replace the some parts and resolve the issue.In addition, at my request, he was able to add a pan and WAGS automatic shut off valve to our existing unit.I can tell you how much easier well sleep knowing were protected from a major malfunction and flooding.I have to acknowledge **** for being meticulous, good natured, and highly knowledgeable. Even having to negotiate our crawl space multiple times, **** couldnt have been cheerful and easy going.The job took time, energy, and parts but the cost was very reasonable. Im happy to recommend Olympic Plumbing Technology.

I will preface this review with the fact that my husband and I have been cursed with bad old plumbing at both houses we have owned. Over the past 10 years we have fixed well over a dozen leaks, breaks and clogs ourselves. When we couldn't remedy a problem, or needed extensive work done, we called Olympic Plumbing Technology. I am so glad I chose them when we finally called a plumber, which was based on reviews I read online like this one. Every person they have sent out has been professional, kind, ethical, personable and thorough. They have saved us a lot of money in multiple ways, including avoiding unnecessary work and their bids for larger jobs coming in less expensive than competitors. The biggest job they did for us was replacing our sewer main with a trenchless option which ended up being complicated due to how the previous one was installed. We had a couple issues after the fact because of this, but they made it right and were extremely upfront and honest. A couple years later our main backed up again. I called them at 10pm on a Thursday night before Veterans Day and left a message. They called back a couple minutes later and said they would send someone out in the morning. The owner himself showed up and diagnosed the problem as being roots invading on the city side of the connection (not the work they did). He told me to call the **************** and exactly what information I should tell them because it was their responsibility to clear it and it shouldn't cost us the homeowners anything. This is only covered by the city if a cleanout valve is added near the street which OPT suggested we do when the main was replaced. The owner didn't charge me for clearing what he could or diagnosing the issue because we have been through so much together. The city came out later that day and fixed it for free. I feel really good about supporting this local business that clearly cares about the community and has so much integrity. They have a customer for life!

Recently used this company and WOW the customer service was amazing!! The plumber came out to my home and was thorough and knowledgeable. As a single woman, I am always skeptical when have work down but I couldn't have been more comfortable. He took the time to give me 4 different estimates for current and potential things in my home I should keep an eye on he performed the work quickly and left the area he was working in cleaner than before he arrived. The repairs were not cheap.. but let's be honest, what is these days? I felt that I was treated fairly and I learned more about my plumbing system than I ever wanted to. Kudos to Olympic Plumbing Technology for exceeding my expectations, you have a customer for life!

I was highly impressed and would highly recommend ******************* and your company "Olympic Plumbing Technology" to others seeking any and all work related to their plumbing needs.

Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible experience, and we believe we were price gouged. I have literally never written a negative review for any business before, but I can't believe the brazen overcharging.We had a 2-hour job done in October 2022 and we were charged roughly $900. The job included: 1) uncover the septic tank lid (I helped dig; it took under ten minutes); 2) snake the line from the septic tank to the house. That's it. No equipment (except a shovel and a metal bar to pry open the septic lid), no machinery, no toilet removal, no cameras, nothing but the bar. The ******* was fine, and pleasant. He did show us an estimate beforehand, but he said the high number was because he might have to spend as much as 5-6 hours on the job, climb under the house, etc. So we agreed, assuming that of course if the job was easy, the price would be proportionately less. Olympic Plumbing Technology refused to reduce the cost despite the fact that their charge amounts to $450/hour. Their office is 4.2 miles from our house, so transportation costs cannot be the explanation. They were inflexible in spite of our discovery that multiple nearby companies gave estimates way lower than theirs for the same work (in the neighborhood of $300-400). We feel we were shamelessly taken advantage of.
