If there were zero stars that is where I would go...**** are not even worth a one star ,Two appointments cancelled, no description of my condition from the dr. I had to wait 18 days to get my medical records so I could figure out what my condition was. Then I couldn't understand the report. I walked in to get someone to explain the condition. And the tech lady told me I had glaucoma.. The dr. did not tell me I had glaucoma. The nurse measured the pressure on both eyes and said that they were good around 17 to 18 and that I did not have glaucoma... So I was doubly surprised to find out that I did have glaucoma... She also said I could have perfect. vision with new retinas etc.... Well it was odd that the nurse was telling me this and not the dr. *** oh well times have changed I guess...The dr. was busy complaining that he had ten surgeries scheduled but the patients didn't have the correct insurance.. And then he said "well what am I supposed to do do it for free.." At this point I had had it with listening to him and his complaints so I said I hear its good for the soul....I am still waiting for a referral to a glaucoma dr. **** dont respond to my faxes or emails ...so I will just. call daily to see how they are doing with my referral.......Please do not make an appointment here you will regret it ...Well now they stated they were not going to give me a referral the day after I posted my negative review ... Oh well The supervisor is really mean and I do mean mean!!!!!**** charged me for an appointment that I was not supposed to be charged for, I did get my money back from the insurance company I could go on ... The most miserable place ever Good Luck
