I would give zeros stars if I could. A deplorable boarding experience. Our working breed Aussie was left out to wander around all night during both nights of a two-night stay. Part of why we chose Bowwow to board him is that they advertise 4x6 rooms for each dog (see their website for the false advertisement). Our Aussie is well trained in directional commands, and is also crate trained. He willingly sleeps in a crate, yet the owner tried to deflect by saying that he would not go to the room they had for him. They over booked and our dog ************** stick and didnt get a room, which contradicts their service agreement of a 4x6 room for our dog. Their website also advertises that someone will be onsite overnight. I cant verify this, but I find it hard to believe as they do not answer phones. (We called when we checked their webcams, and discovered our dog had been left out to roam). They claim this is for employee safety. An absurd answer. What is unsafe about answering a phone if you are inside a secure building? The other reason we chose BowWow is because many of our friends, family and contacts also take their dogs there. I can safely say theyve lost at least a half-dozen or more clients over this mistreatment. This is negligence, and in addition to this review I will also be reporting to the *************** and ASPCA. If you care for your dog at all, do NOT take them to BowWow Fun Towne.

We are truly sorry for your unsatisfactory boarding experience with Coach this weekend. We take pride in caring for each dog as they board and we try our best to accommodate the wishes of the owner and the well-being of our boarder.Our decision to allow Coach to sleep in the playroom was as follows 1. he resisted to go into his boarding suite for dinner/bedtime 2. playroom is familiar environment since he has attended day care previously 3. we provided him a cot, his blanket, toy, water and his food.4. we thought this would be less stressful/anxiety for Coach 5. secured indoor playroom with locking exterior door On Saturday night, we put Coach in his orange boarding room even though he still resisted due to your concerns you posted on FB.Sorry you are upset that our overnight attendant did not answer your calls at 11 pm. We closed at 7 pm on Friday night. Since we are located on a busy street, across the street from a bar, and 24 hour fast food restaurant, our policy is not to answer the door or phone calls after business hours their safety.
