            We hired Action Installation in September 2021 to construct an awning above our sliding door. Paid in full deposit. Installed late November. We were assured it would not be affected by wind or snow load. Not true.Center frame started bending after first snowfall. We used 2x4 to secure to protect our family. Many pieces scratched and left with silver metal showing. Black frame with silver showing from upstairs master bedroom before Christmas guests arriving. Promised countless times to be repaired to sold presentation.No work. Owner showed up with a roll of black electrical tape to cover silver area. Said he did not have right tools/equipment to repair. Installation team, according to owner, team did not show up with the right equipment.It is now almost April with no commitment to being to sold presentation of awning.Center piece is bent. Side poles are scratched. Silver still exposed. We are feeling helpless.We paid in full next day after invoice.Owner says he is busy with new customers. Please help us resolve this situation.
