I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for many years. I visited the ******* office last week. After looking for my info on the computer for a few times, I was surprisingly informed that they couldn't provide service because there was an argument between the general manager and my wife. I reached out the manager and would like to understand why I was refused service because I wasn't involved in the argument. The manager said my wife did many re-dos last year. However, when I talked with my wife, I was told she only changed the frame color for herself and changed the prescription for a kid. My wife also told me that they messed up orders many times. They didn't call my wife for months on the orders that were already available to pick up. When my wife asked them, they even forgot them and finally found them out from some corners. I think it's worth of sharing our experiences with others.

We appreciate and respect all our customers, both long term and new. We also appreciate and support our diligent employees especially during the busy end of year season. This situation was handled properly according to our store practices and we believe our employees and managers went above and beyond to accommodate the patient's many requests. The patient asking us to make exceptions, some even jeopardizing our relationship with insurance companies wasn't ones that we were willing to make, especially when the patient was raising their voice with our staff with other patient's around. We did what we could to make the patient happy on multiple occasions, but in the long run we decided we did enough accommodating and asked the patient to not return, but we would be happy to see their other family members who are patients of ours.
