Extortion and bogus extra charge. Avoid, avoid, avoid ******************* and watch out for "Misc. Charges" on your invoice.I called to have my car towed to Toyota of Seattle for a diagnostic test. I authorized a $195 charge over the phone.1. Extortion After the diagnostic test results came back, ******************* from Toyota of Seattle threatened to charge me with a $350 car storage fee if I did not authorize $1316 of "further diagnostic tests." He said he wouldn't charge this fee if I did agree to authorize the further diagnostic tests. Plainly and simply, this is extortion.2. Unauthorized bogus 3% charge When I received the invoice for the initial diagnostic exam, the amount was more than I authorized over the phone. ******************* secretly added a 3% "Misc. Charges" to the bottom of the invoice. ******************* did not mention the charge, and the charge is not explained on the invoice itself. I understand that it is common practice for dealers to add superfluous and deceitful charges like this, but it is not acceptable when I had authorized a specific amount over the phone.If you must go to Toyota of Seattle, avoid ******************* in the service department. He smirked as he extorted me and is a truly malicious person. Im not the first person to directly call him out in a review.Review from YD

The dealership advertised two deals, but would not honor them. Classic case of bait and switch, trying to get people in, then surprise them with a high bill. Luckily, I asked to see the price upfront.After working directly with the service manager, he stopped responding. I then escalated to the customer service team, HR President, and CFO. No one responded for 2 months, until I was told, "Thank you for your emails to my management team and for your feedback regarding your experience. It seems that Toyota of Seattle will not be able to satisfy what you are looking for long term. I apologize that we are not a good fit for you, and I do hope you will be able to find a better fit with another Toyota dealership."No apology for trying to defraud me, and for not responding for 2 months, only "that we are not a good fit."They even misled in their response. They stated that they "advised [the customer] that the offers could not be combined and went over the separate pricing options for the two offers mentioned." They ignored that I sent them a screenshot that shows this is not the case. You can't add that kind of term AFTER the fact. Crooks.Review from Sheralyn A

If I could give them a "ZERO" I would as they are very corrupt, dishonest and a bunch of thieves in thier service department. I've brought my vehicle into Toyota of Seattle located right off of Airport Way about 4 times for some simple maintenance services ex.. oil change, headlight replacement, etc.. They replaced my headlights only to come out with NO highbeams. Broke the clips that hold bumper and then cracked an airbox cover intentionally which has been confirmed by another Toyota ****************** in *******. Please DO NOT bring your vehicle to these crooks. I've had to purchase another vehicle one week later because of all the intentional damage Toyota of Seattle ****************** technicians have done to my vehicle turning it into a DeathCab for me and my children! If they did this to me, I wonder how many more people out there did they do this too also? I've never spent less than $2,500 and above each time for services that I later found out to be unnecessary/false findings. I was taken advantage of and i'm very upset. By far Toyota of Seattle in the ************* "You are the worst"!! I hope your criminal actions towards innocent customers catches up with you all soon!!??????Review from Grady B

I purchase my Dodge Durango at Toyota of Seattle on Airport way in November.When purchasing the vehicle I express to ********************************* that I am buying this vehicle for my wife and kids and I need the best warranty.*** allegedly told me I have the best one, and also sold me a warranty for my wheels and tire as well.On Feb.15th my car broke down in parking lot and had to get it towed.On April 17th my car broke down in parking garage I was there all night because a tow truck couldn't fit in the parking garage.On July 1st my vehicle started acting up so I sent it to the Dodge dealership, my car has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem, the dealership informed me that my warranty denied covering it.I called my warranty which is Toyota as well to find out in his words I have a basic gold warranty, and my part would of have been covered if I had the platinum.I reached out to ******** and she was not there at the time, spoke to a lady *********************** and explain what was going on she stated that the gold was good and they is not much difference between gold and platinum warranty.She sent me my warranty coverage with me and CC'D ******** on it to contact me when return.I still to this day haven't heard from ******** so I went to talk to the Manager ***** in person. He told me he understands and will get it handled. 3 days later he called me and told me he cant help me cause my car has been in the shop for the 3rd time with the same problem.At Toyota I feel I was mislead on what I was purchasing when buying the warranty! I wouldn't of bought a rim and tire protection and not buy the best warranty for my vehicle!They are very unprofessional, didn't help me at all but was trying to get me to upgrade buy newer vehicle.My car is in the shop and I have to pay $1500 out of pocket just to get it out.I strongly suggest not to buy here cause they prey on people just to get a sale!Review from st b

They are all a great group of guys friendly service the owner is very nice and doesn't have you wait to long for service and no appointment necessary.
