April 7-9 I reserved a nice hotel for my special needs daughter's 11th and her 13 year old special needs cousin so they could have the chef made eggs and swim. Stay up play*** video games and **** have some fun without any bully***. My niece is deaf and my daughter is autistic. They were quietly play*** uno at the tables and since it was late,they were quietly rid*** the glass elevator play*** uno. The doors opened on floor 4 and my niece got up and held the door for a large group of late teens to early 20's kids think*** they wanted on. One of the largest of the girls says, "u got a f-*** problem bitch? I'm bout to f u up lookin at me like that u dumb a** white *****." Two others chime in to say they'll "beat the brakes off her white ass". She has a small amount of hear*** but my daughter heard it all. They hurried to up to our room on the 8th floor and tell me. As I'm go*** to the front desk, the door opens on 4 again without me push*** it. They charge in on me threaten*** to f me up. I asked if she feels tough threaten*** two handicapped children....and another kid gets in my face talk*** about how he'll kill me for speak***. I tell the desk lady and she does noth***. 20 minutes later, they are all on the 8th floor, stand*** outside our door star*** in window at my kids. The next day, they're still there at 11...and my kids wouldn't come out. We were held hostage because staff did noth*** when this group threatened to kill me. I called the police and they had to remove them from our floor. Then the hotel charges me 406 to be a hostage. I want every dime back and between priceline and embassy suits, they should provide a trip, airfare, hotel, all of it for destroy*** an 11 year old handicapped child's b-day. We could have been killed but the large group had at least 3 rooms with not one adult and three rooms was money to them....not the lives they risked.
