This hotel cancelled my reservation (booked in April) and could not tell me why when I called them. I can only surmise that because I booked my stay with ******* points and they would get more $$ by accepting paying guests for a busy weekend where everything around Bellingham is sold out. Would give negative stars if available. ?? Very unethical.Review from Leah P

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DIVE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY! BIG SCAM. I CHECKED OUT 1ST NIGHT AFTER SEEING HOW DISGUSTING AND SMELLY HOTEL ROOM WAS. HORRIBLE DRUG. SMOKE, MOLD PET URINE ODORS. NO A/C IN ROOM. HOTEL IS HALFWAY HOUSE! DRUGS/PROSTITUTION. FILTHY POOL. DANGEROUS AREA TO PARK CAR OR SLEEP.ZERO STARReview from Taylor S

Took $100 for a deposit, no damage or any issue with the room, and never refunded . Insist they did even though I have literal proof on my checking account that they did not . Very dishonest . Gonna have to waste my time with small claims courtReview from Seth B

My wife and I check-in to find a room with graffiti on the walls and evidence of bedbugs. We returned to the front desk to to request a refund and leave for another hotel. We were given a non-business gmail account and told to write an email asking for the refund as the clerk said he couldn't do anything. We received no response after I wrote the email and had to go to Wydham Corporate with the complaint. This is a very shady business.Review from Jennifer S.

Not for seniors! No elevator! You're going to be climbing stairs every day, twice with your luggage. There is no beverage machine on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor beverage machine was out of order...so you have to go down to the lobby to get bottled water. Then climb back up the stairs to your room.The bathroom in my room had bad scratches on the bottom of the door, like someone had put a dog in there. The shower is a danger! Very slippery. No bath mat or handrails. I fell, but pulled down the shower curtain to break my fall.
