One of the reasons I like this store so much is the welcoming and safe atmosphere. I have been in the store when unsavory irrational individuals come in, and the courteous employees take charge of the situation and ensure safe exit of the irrational entitled acting folks.The prices are great, I've had the gunsmith work on several of my firearms, and I've never been disappointed. I'm just glad they haven't moved out of the kings county.

Federal Way discount guns wanted to charge me $50 to use their ************ kiosk. I called ************ directly, and they told me they are violating the terms to their agreement. They were charging more than what they were supposed to. Disappointed to say the least.

I'm a first time customer at **********************. I was referred by a friend of mine who purchased several guns in the last two years from them. I was treated like a family member. Great service, great info and great prices. I ordered a shotgun that day and bought several upgrades for it to be installed by their Gunsmith. They called in about 30 days as expected and i went in and picked it up with the upgrades and bought ammo that day from **** Yes everyone had to wait in line, 5 people at a time in store. They were very organized and even though they were very busy my wait was only 35 minutes. All the employees were friendly and both times that i was there the place was packed and the lines were long! This business must be doing something right to have this many customers! I plan on going back this week to buy a hand gun from them. Keep up the Great work **** Happy Customer **************

A cantankerous gunsmith is employed by the overrated Federal Way Discount Guns. Godly staff working at Federal Way Discount Guns are moribund God's domineering theists is my godless exegesis inhabiting our Almighty YAHUAH'S stationary sea level flat earth.

Federal Way Discount Guns is no longer a 'Discount' guns store. I strongly suggest you shop at least two other stores (The Marksman, Sportsman's Warehouse...) as I do. In addition, their policy seems to be, 'The customer is always wrong'. In my instance they claimed they called and left a message that my purchase would be in on a certain date about two months after my order was placed. They, in fact, never left a message regarding that claim (Mistake). When I called two months after their claimed message they said they were too busy and would call me back to advise me if my purchase had arrived. They never called back (Mistake). They claimed they do not make mistakes, the mistake was mine. Apparently they believe I would leave a shy $1000.00 paid for purchase sitting with them for Months (Mistake).A professionally run, pro client company would, at the very least, make a backup call if paid for merchandise wasn't claimed. They have people in the back office who can do that. In my experience all the employees did was make excuses rather than apologize for their oversight, something one would learn in retail course 101. It cost them that sale. Two sales floor employees didn't understand why would not do business with them after their behavior. Not a clue. Sad. IMO, the owner(s) might consider auditing their system and employees for competency. I have 40 years experience in business ownership and can recognize when an organization has begun operating on auto-pilot, not recognizing their faults. In the end, the most important thing I can pass on is that they are no longer a 'Discount' establishment that their name implies based upon my experiences there recently, but judge for yourself.
