I received an e-gift card on March 1, 2024 for donating blood to the ********** I clicked on the link for it in my email and applied it to Amazon. As of March 11 it is not showing as being applied to my account. I used the chat feature on the Tango website and was instructed to call their customer support with a case number. I called 3 times on March 11th. Each time I was placed on hold for 11 minutes with a recording stating the call center was very busy and to hold. After the 11 minutes the recording stated to call back and ended. A total of 33 minutes on hold. The website and the phone support were useless in my attempts for an explanation or resolution. If Tango reviews this complaint I would like for them to call me. They have my number.Review from Seyed Mehdi H

This company is illegally deducting fees from card balances and has sneaky expiration dates for gift cards that is expressly illegal in the **.Gift card may not expire not could there be any fees charged to balanced due to dormancy. Their entire business model is to steal hard earned money from unsuspecting customers by illegally diverting funds from customer accounts to line their own pockets. I have had close to $200 magically expire! This is theft. Will be reporting this to the federal trade commission.Review from Susan G

Tango took over another company. In order to redeem however, they lock your certificates and you have to call to redeem. They have NO HOURS on the weekend so you cant redeem them at anytime. I have lost out on sales because I have no way to redeem my certificates. They need to allow access to MY certificates anytime.will they pay for my loss of discounts that occur on the weekends? Its Saturday and I cant get my certificates and just lost 15% discount for this weekend. DONT get cards from them. These are mine and they hold them hostageReview from Christina C

I love this platform! It was super easy to send gift cards to my employees and just as easy for them to redeem the cards. I like that everyone can choose where they want the funds to go. The only downside are the hoops you have to jump through to get **** or Mastercard added as an option. Other than that, love the vendors on the site.Review from Jo H

We have Tango Card set up for appreciating our team members and we've loved it. It's so easy to set up, work through the steps, and get gift cards to our team. I haven't heard of any issues from my teammates and I haven't experienced any on my end either. I do wish there were more options for the stores to redeem the gift cards with.Review from Jean A

Tango Card has been a tremendous company- from the impeccable customer service to ease of using the site. When our organization first reached out to Tango Card, we had, what I thought to be unrealistic goals and deadlines. But each rep was professional and quick to respond so we were able to pull off our employee appreciation week with no issues and glowing praise.Review from Lucas S

I ordered 60 TANGO cards for our staff as a holiday gift. Everyone received them instantly and could go on to request gift cards to stores that they use and enjoy.Review from MS C

Filed for an **** gift card with rewards from *********** Shopping, but when I received it, the card had a $0.00 balance. *********** referred me to Tango Card since they issue the cards. One representative from Tango Card told me *********** was responsible for it, another representative told me to contact **** to unlock the card and that it is a known issue that **** gift cards have this problem. If they know it is a problem, then they should fix it before issuing out more cards.
