      We just cancelled after several years. The last two weeks, our delivery time was much later than usual, meaning the milk was just sitting at our house with no one to get it. The first week my wife made a special trip home to get it. Today it wasn't delivered before we left the house, so we cancelled. If I can make a special trip home, I can stop at the store on the way.

      We've been customers for about 6 years now. Mostly we are okay with the service but over the years a few things have happened. 1. We once got milk that was sour, even though the "due date" was a couple of weeks out. 2. We once got several bottles of tea that were expired. 3. We have gotten some produce which was spoiled. When I have called about the bad food they refund.Our last two deliveries we have had a particular high price item ($40) missing. When I did call, they refunded but I find it **** that this item goes missing twice (it is a small box of expensive chocolates) and we are billed for it. Like they think we won't notice. I don't feel comfortable now because I feel I? have to check every deliver to see if they actually didn't **** us for stuff we didn't get. I got not explanation why this would happen twice in a row.

      I'm sorry that your deliveries were imperfect on multiple occasions. I see that we credited you for all reported missing products and even sent that item to you free as an apology for our mistake. Of course, mistakes happen and when we do make a mistake we strive to make things right. It is definitely not normal for items to be missing from a delivery and absolutely, fundamentally not in any way intentional. I see that you are still an active customer. I think that speaks volumes of the value and trust you put in our service and we will continue to strive to make every delivery perfect every week.
