              If I could give 0 star's I would. they came by to do an inspection and for some reason flushed the sprinkler lines, we have another company for that. this caused a leak in the line. once tripped they silenced the alarm and left. this shut down the buildings systems while we waited for them to send us a quote. Then they told us that they would be informing the local fire department that are system, that they broke and would not fix, is not working. The local fire department sent us a nasty email that told us they would shut us down if not fixed soon. (Like they are working together to extort money from local businesses). Still unresolved but we may need to talk to our attorney to get out of this. They should be responsible for damage they caused and be able to give us some wiggle room while waiting for them to fix it..
