I would give this company zero stars if possible. This company has zero communication skills. They collect money for repairs and projects and let this business sit with no working elevators and no timeframe. Their slogan is thank you for your understanding and patience. We have paid for an elevator modernization back in October 2023, it almost April 2024 still with no start date. Completely unacceptable. I have months of threads of emails trying to resolve this. We have three elevators and two out of the three have not been repaired and working now for over three months. They schedule repair times and do not show up. Then do not respond for days sometimes weeks.Review from Kayla P

I would leave a zero-star rating if it were possible. Their communication is dismal, their documentation of services rendered is deplorable and their customer service is nonexistent. This company is the **** of *********** and ghosting. They have charged us multiple for services never rendered. They will arrive without an appointment or a call ahead and then we need them to come out for maintenance we can never get ahold of them. They do not care about safety or their customers.Review from Peter O

Rude interactions with the employees.Was called homophobic names while trying to understand a situation that arose Was threatened to be hunted down if I complained about their homophobic attitude They wrote down my license plate number and threatened to **** me down if I sad anything Unfortunately I didnt have my cell phone to contact the police. ZERO stars if possible. This company is taking advantage of people because they have the monopoly. We've had an elevator down for 2 weeks with no updates or fixes. We have been getting the runaround and nonsensical information when there was communication. Supervisors, account managers and techs are ignoring emails and calls. They have left us completely in the dark. We have multiple elderly and handicapped residents that cannot leave the building since they are on the top floor. This poses many high risk factors if there was a fire or any emergency. Bottom line: disgraceful and disgusting business.Review from Stella B

Horrible service, horrible customer service. You feel trapped by there automatically renewing contact. You can’t get out.Just HORRIBLE
