            The 911 Driving School is over using and abusing HOA ran neighborhoods by constantly using them as a place to train new drivers. The multiple cars observed on a daily basis is staggering and the constant issues of blocking drive ways and creating unsafe situations by being parked in the middle of the streets should not be permitted. When you approach the instructor in the car and ask if they could limit their frequency they are quick to inform you they are either off duty police or former police. This is an abuse of power and in my opinion an attempt to intimidate residents. In my neighborhood of *****************************************************************; I have counted 15 911 driving school cars today and just had one sitting directly in front of my house for over 20 minutes blocking my driveway. This is ridiculous and needs to stop or have the company pay for everyones HOA annual fees.

            The instructors do not prepare students for actual required driving skills. Instead they take them throughout HOA neighborhoods and drive around pretending to practice parallel parking without having a space between two cars. They are a harassing company to the residents in such neighborhoods and block the streets and drive ways. If you ask them to stop they are quick to mention they are either police or former police. Very poor interaction with the residents paying an HOA fee to watch multiple 911 cars come and go in front of their homes.
