We had water coming in to the basement of our 1904 house during heavy rains. It wound up being a tricky problem because there were issues with both an existing interior drain that didn't extend far enough and exterior pavers that were funneling water over the foundation. Bodine diagnosed the issues and gave us options to fix. We wound up going with an exterior channel drain that will keep water away from the house entirely. The quality of the work was excellent. ***** spent a bunch of time with me (both in person and with videos) to explain what they were doing. Cost was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend Bodine to anyone with water remediation issues.

We recently purchased an older home that needed a substantial amount of work. Throughout the process we spoke with and worked with a variety of companies and contractors. Of all of these, Bodine Construction was exceptional. From the project lead to the crew, they were extremely professional and provided unusually clear and friendly communication. Our house had a drainage issue and we contacted a few companies that specialized in that type of work and decided to go with Bodine based on their initial survey and clarity of communication. The job was extensive and changed directions as more surveying work was completed. The entire process took multiple weeks due to interruptions by harsh winter weather. Whenever there were questions, updates or changes, the Bodine staff and crew kept us fully informed and involved in the decision making process. After dealing with some other contractors who we had to pry even the most basic information from (e.g., electricians who didn't even notify us that their multiday project was complete), Bodine went above and beyond. Additionally, some folks we know who have done similar work in the past visited while the work was in progress and without us asking commented on the quality of the work being done. My partner and I highly recommend Bodine Construction Services, **** and appreciate the work they provided.

Bodine Construction Services Inc. is a phenomenal company that I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing a drainage problem. We had water pooling under our house and in our yard. When the builder would not honor the warranty to rectify the problem, we had to go through arbitration. Mr. ****************** attended the meeting to provide his expert opinion on what needed to be done to fix the problem. We successfully won the arbitration. Bodine Construction Services Inc. installed an exceptional drainage system. Our system was placed almost 10 years ago. Recently, it was inspected and is still functioning superbly. I give this company the highest rating possible for their exceptional service and high degree of expertise.
