            When I received a package in the mail, it was empty. I contacted ***** and they said that they would send out a new order and they were sorry for the inconvenience. thats been a month now and Ive been emailing them trying to call them and I got nowhere but they did send me out a $25 gift card to purchase something else from their site and I dont understand why I would do that, but since I never got the original order.

            I made a purchase online. The product was received damaged and they said they would send a replacement. That was 2/1/24 and it is 2/14/24. There has been no follow up. I get a generic email about shipping when I email support but no follow up. SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
