Terrible misrepresentation of what services they can provide, Virtually nothing but sales data for ******** vehicles is available though the site leads you to believe a full history is available including accidents, salvage, flooding, lien information, etc... This is site for US vehicles only though they purport to offer ******** customers service? I would recommend not to use it unless you are purchasing a vehicle already imported into ****** or you are about to do so you yourself. Otherwise a total waste on money.Luckily I used the ******** site to get ripped off versus the US version which would have charged me US dollars and a higher rate. I was charged twice and tried to call support and they didnt answer and it was said the number was unavailable. I then emailed support and was never replied back to. This is unprofessional.Review from diego l

Same case as others I see here. I purchased the 10 dollar report on my own vehicle and absolutely nothing came back. This is scam. Unfortunately I did not check this page before.Review from Lina R

I also purchased a report from VinAudit ****** for a ******** vehicle. No relevant information on vehicle history is given. I was even able to enter a bogus VIN in the search and tells me that it found it. Seems like they are making money out of just sending fake reports.Review from Johnny B

I was scammed by this business Thay charge me $10 for a report and couldn't even tell me what I had year name or nothing about the vin no They said They had a report on the vin so I payed them and then **** sent me a report stating that They had no information on that vinReview from M. V.

I purchased a report from VinAudit Canada for a Canadian vehicle. No relevant information on vehicle history is given. Contacted via email to obtain a proper report or refund, with no response from company.

I did hear back from Vin Audit and received a refund for the vehicle report purchased. It seems as Vin Audit Canada markets themselves to provide vehicle history reports for Canadian vehicles, however only US records are searched. Example my vehicle has no US history and the report states No record available. Very misleading.VinAudit.com Response

The ******** report you received for your VIN is also linked to a VinAudit ** report, in that way we can display ** records for your vehicle if there are any (at no additional cost). In your case there were no ** records found. I'm sorry if that was misleading for you. To me, this is an extra mile we do for our customers to make sure they get the most value for their purchase.
