      This is the worst company Ive ever worked for. Management isnt real management they are puppets for the owners and scared to speak up for their employees. The collectors have more knowledge as well as training abilities than the people that they hire specifically for that role. The training process is horrible and they expect the collectors on the floor to train the new hires AFTER theyve already completed their training thats why the turnover rate is so high. They offer hybrid work from home but the requirements are impossible to meet. However, they hire new out of state employees to work from home full time with higher pay. People who DONT have to meet those requirements that they make the in office employees meet. They will tell you a lie to your face just to shut you up. The money you make is not based on knowledge its based on who managements favorite is. Business is not evenly distributed. The best opportunities go to their favorites. You can make a lot of money here but only if you get on their good list. You dont have a voice here. it DOES NOT MATTER. They will train you one way and then youll later get told you are doing things incorrectly. The office is dirty they claim to have a cleaning company but it is filthy. Its the most unsanitary work environment, ever. This is a sink or swim company. And you better bring a floatie. THERE IS NO HELP. management sits in their office all day with their doors closed. Unresponsive to emails, and if you make a complaint they turn the other cheek. If you have a call that needs to be taken by a manager they dont ever call them back or will simply tell you they wont take the call. The office is so disorganized. Cant focus while you work. Every one is angry because of how they are treated by upper management so it makes it a toxic environment. Constantly being told to meet quotas they cant even meet themselves. You are just a number that doesnt matter. So if youre okay with all of that. JOIN NSB!!

      This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a business! Wow, customer ********************** representatives or whatever he called himself ***************! Was the upmost disrespectful rep *** ever spoken to, one he bribed me and stated that if I reported him to his manager for his rude behavior that he would take off the repayment option we discussed. I couldnt even describe my experience with this company. I sat on the phone with this man for atleast 2 hours just going *************** with him. He explained to me, being that he wasnt a customer ********************** representative he didnt have to uphold a professional image. Extremely unacceptable

      Agent *************************** misled my mother who is just trying to get her license back. She told my mother that this was not a debt collection agency. She processed the transaction before my mother had called back to verify that she had the funds. She promised to send my mother documentation that she could provide to the drivers license office. It has been three days, and she just keeps making excuses as to why this isnt sent. She says that shes going above and beyond to help, but literally all weve asked for is an email confirming the transaction. This is not a hard thing to provide. When I got on the phone to tell her that sending an email shouldnt take but a couple of minutes, she blew up and hung up the phone.

      This company is harassing my family and I! I sent in documentation stating that I no longer owned the vehicle in question; yet Im still receiving phone calls. The car was reported sold with the ********** were also surrendered before the date of incident! Im
