Thanks for stealing my money , in total ***** dollars ?? and I took an ********* card ! I put the receipt on my pocket and then I washed my clothes. The receipt was destroyed. I called many times and the representative are very rude and the answer is the same : they cant do anything. I cant understand why if you have my email and the email is related to the deposit and the receipt. I told them the date of the deposit . I will recommend to everyone to take a picture of your deposit and receipt. This is the only way to prevent the stealing. I will report all of this company is doing to the people . They know perfectly that the ********* card is not used and the money will never go to ********* . Accidents can happen and if the receipt is not used and company have all the information with my email so why they cant give me my money back. I read the comments of all the people who lost the receipt and they said they cant do anything! Imagine all the people that looses their receipts and the thousands of dollars that this company is stealing around the world. I filled all the information. So you know that the receipt was never used . When someone puts money in your machine you have to sent an email to the costumer with the copy of the receipt. But you do not send the email because if someone looses their receipts they will provide the proof showing the email. And the companys does not have the opportunity to steal money.
