Im an avid coffee drinker and always have Starbucks. Only recently have I had an issue. Yesterday morning and this morning when I used the mobile app to order coffee, I was given an error message with no order but changed for the purchase. I called the customer service representative and all she could do was review my reload and order information which I see as well. I explained that I was charged twice for orders that were missing and she insisted it was user error or insufficient funds which was not the case. I was then advised to delete the app and reinstall it to see if it would correct the issue which would cause me to lose the funds I currently have. I became so frustrated when I asked to speak to someone else and was not allowed to that I hung up. I wasnt mad until I talked to customer service. Ive had the worst experience with Starbucks customer service. Given a recent store experience, I called in to speak to a customer service representative and was just given the run around. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they just point to their policy about how they cant do anything. Really? Theres so much they can do but they are not interested in trying to understand the issue or trying to resolve anything. They are the absolute worst.Review from Sisi J

Hello, I would like to give my opinion and share my experience I had this morning at Starbucks. I was treated very poorly by the store manager, ********. I dont remember her last name, but to give you the details, she was running the shift on Sunday morning, August 25, 2024. I was on the phone with one of my clients and asked them to hold for a second so I could place my order. When I asked ******** for my order, she gave me a very dirty look because I am Arab and speak multiple languages, so I have a strong accent. I have been living in the ***, in *********, for over 20 years, and I have never felt so discriminated against. Her service was really bad; I even left without leaving her a tip, although I usually try to tip as much as I can. I left because I was shaking and sweating, emotionally hurt, with my heart beating fast. I went back to Starbucks to complain about this incident, and to my surprise, she was the manager. I told her that she gave me a bad look, to which she admitted and apologized. However, I am going to escalate this to the corporate level so they can address this, as having a manager with such an attitude surely leads to losing many clients. I am an owner of a company that sells ***********based perfumes at the market, with 17 years of experience. I understand the importance of providing good service to clients, and she really needs to learn a lesson. There is a guy there with a nice attitude, always smiling, and providing the best service. I visited the location in ****** on *************. Ordered a Venti Cappacinno. It cost $8.05 and was suppose to be 20 Oz. The cup was only filled halfway. The rest was foam. This is ridiculous. I ended up making my own coffee at home. This isn't the first time that Starbucks didn't fill up my coffee cup. After I use up my balance in my account I probably wont return. I just like a full cup of coffee.is that too much to ask for 8 dollars?Review from Raphael S

I visited the location in ************* and not only was the general manager rude but they did not want to answer why the store was not open even though the app said they should still be open, he said with a snarky attitude things happen I dont see this routinely happen at other location nor have I ever encountered such a rude manager.Review from Tiyika T

Starbucks located 500w. ******* in ******* Il manager ********************************* has an really s***** attitude problem towards her guest in the store and also her employees *** been going inside that particular location for over a year now and shes never in good spirits she always seems as if she has an attitude and it shows especially they way she talks to her employees and guest , Because of the authority she has with the company she uses it to her advantage like everyone is beneath her and thats not a good look for the company nor her staff not only that if the guests can pick that up from just visiting this location thats really terrible. I feel something should be done about it and her sooner than later she has poor customer service and management skills. One particular employee mentioned that she fired her on the strength of her communication skills and *** witnessed her yell at her partners as if she was furious with them . A Customer also Asked one of the baristas, Is your manager always This rude Right in front of me , Before. In May 2024, I ordered my usual Frappuccino. I did not receive my stars, so I emailed Starbucks. After days of corresponding this way, I received an email that someone from Starbucks will call me in 1-2 business days. Three days later, I emailed again, and to this date, July 9, 2024, NO ONE has called me. Then on July 5, 2024, I did not received my stars from another order. I contacted Starbucks by phone this time, and after constantly being assured the issue will be taken care of, again I have not heard back from Starbucks. So much for their customer service being willing to help with a situation. I am once again being ignored. After being a long-time dedicated customer, I have decided to use up all my stars and gift cards and forget about Starbucks. They obviously do not care enough about their customers to follow-thru with issues. All I wanted was the stars from the two drinks added to my account. It amounted to about 11 stars for each drink. Very sad business practices from a company who are "supposedly" big on customer service.Review from rhea C

I went to the Starbucks location at ****************************************. I frequent this location about once a week but for some reason, the cashier was less than enthusiastic from the moment I walked in the door. I ordered a tall coffee in a venti cup with cream and 4 raw sugars on the side. I do not expect people to people to jump through hoops to serve me as I am in the hospitality business. However, I do expect baristas to at least keep their snarky comments to themselves. As I was in a bit of a rush and it only takes them 2 minutes to prepare as it is a simple order. This time 5 minutes pass as I watched more elaborate drinks being made. Then 10 minutes pass before I approach the counter to inquire about the drink, the snarky cashier made unprofessional comments under her breath. When I asked her what she said, her response was we are people too in which i replied it is only coffee. After getting my coffee; I asked if she was the manager or supervisor. She sarcastically looked at me and said no but I will be happy to go get her. I then told her, i just wanted to know if she was so that I can make a complaint on her and the supervisor who decided it was a good idea to let her take orders from customers with that attitude. She then turned to me and said Im so Scared in which i replied, the owner and manager would be concerned that a complaint was being filed on them as well as herself for allowing her to be in the front with a negative and sarcastic attitudeStarbucks Corporation Response
