While scrolling the website I had added a few items to my cart and went to hit continue to checkout to check what my final total would be with tax and shipping, not planning on placing an order as I was only trying to preview where my order total would be. The screen refreshed with Thank you for your order. The site went from continue to checkout to automatically submitting an order for me with zero warning. I have ordered from them in the past, but I have never not been brought to a preview/review screen with multiple hoops to jump through before getting to a Submit Order button. Within seconds of this happening I messaged them on chat on their website. I replied to the confirmation email that was promptly sent to me and I reached out to them on their VIP ******** page. **************** got back to me almost 8 hours later and informed me there was nothing they could do and I had to wait to receive the order then go through their returns process (which by the way I have to pay for a return label, and its store credit, not back to your payment method.) For an error their website caused. This is by far, the worst ****************, and not to mention, theft. Based off posts in other **** Quinn ******** groups, other people have had this exact same issue with no recourse. Only option is to dispute through your credit card company.Review from Ally E

Ive purchased here 5 or so times never had an issue. Shipping is SLOW but they say that at the top of their site. I have only ever bought the bamboo stuff so its pretty stretchy not sure how their cotton is.Review from Heather J

Im incredibly disappointed with the quality of this ***** drop. These items havent even been worn yet and theyve drastically faded. The dye in the jumpsuit appears to have flaked off and stuck to the white background, leaving it looking dirty and extremely worn. For nearly $30 a piece, this is unacceptable. This is probably the worst quality Ive seen since 2019. The litho floral was something I was really looking forward to and I still have another order with a dress and a quilt that hasnt shipped yet, which I can only expect will have the same quality issues as the other 3 items I ordered. I know Im not the only one seeing this problem with this specific print/drop and were all getting the same copy paste response. The litho floral items are basically ruined before even being worn and Ive attached pictures for customer service, even though they refuse to actually address these issues and continue to offer store credit on defective items. I cant keep spending hundreds of dollars on this brand as customer service isnt helpful, theres major sizing issues, tax issues (my state requires childrens clothing to be tax free and Ive had to contact them multiple times about multiple orders for adjustments to which they said they need to update their tax codes), shipping times are outrageous, and prices continue to rise while quality drastically declines. These photos were taken BEFORE my child even got to wear the items. I mean, Im used to newer KQ items being a one/two time wear before they start falling apart but a $28 toddler jumpsuit should at least make it on my kid before it looks like I pulled it out of a goodwill bin. This is NOT the first quality control issue Ive experienced but its certainly the worst. Ive literally spent $12,724.88 on their site since 2019 and theyre REFUSING to refund defective products to my original payment method.Review from Ashley I

Fading after one wash. Company refused to cancel my second order. I wouldn't have ordered more from this drop had I known it was going to fade right away. **** from customer service refused to cancel my order ( even though it hasn't even shipped) & stating after receiving I could return ONLY for store credit. How convenient for the company to only offer store credit so I have to use my money on this shop. Horrible customer service.Review from Gr G

20 days since my order and the product hasn't shipped from an event entitled "Warehouse Restock" I was told that the items were not shipped from the factory yet and that my order would go out after May 23. I asked for a refund instead. They refused and continued to tell me it was a presale event. Their shipping policies and refund policies are unethical. Their customer service person was rude from the start. They offered that I could return items after they shipped for store credit. WHY is it better for them to send out items and have me pay the shipping each way? It doesn't make return customers and it uses more resources on their end, mine, and in between.Review from dee b

would give 0 stars if I could. terrible customer service with terrible quality clothing and an equally as terrible business model. they do nothing to support the customer, or have policies that encourage customers to return. they run on a FOMO model, and advertise to vulnerable, new moms, with very limited number of clothing items, which vary in size and quality depending on fabric, print and factory. they do not ship on a expected time frame, and do not send shipping confirmation and tracking information. They refuse to cancel orders when there is a problem, do not honor discount codes, etc.Review from Caitlin B.

I washed a 96%* organic cotton 4% spandex shirt red shirt that somehow slipped into my lighter colors and mattress comforter load. It dyed anything cotton including my light grey clothing pink. It also dyed itself- as it was white and red stripes, it died the white stripes pink. **************** is worse than any retail ever honestly. They will not even replace the shirt, even though I have spent hundreds with them. Mine you this is probably a $7 shirt... they have completely ignored me and have told me it is my problem for washing it with other colors! However the main issue is is that the garment dyed itself.Review from Stephanie C

BUYER BEWARE:I used to be a regular shopper at this business and would excitedly await each new drop until it became evident to me how SHADY **** Quinn's business practice is. The reason I started shopping this brand was because so many other customers would rave about the customer service team at KQ and how they were so helpful to take care of any problems. Well, as **** Quinn became more and more popular their customer service went down the drain. They constantly disregard their shipping dates on their website and ship whenever they get around to it. IF YOU PROMOTE SPECIFIC SHIPPING DATES ON YOUR WEBSITE, YOU ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO ADHERE TO YOUR PROMISE, OTHERWISE THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT IS VOID. I don't think KQ understands this whatsoever. They think sending "hearts" and "$5 gift cards" is satisfactory. They change their story CONSTANTLY and apparently just had a new shipping system put in their warehouse but yet can't ship out on time during their advertised timeline. Not to mention their drops....KQ will continuously have drop after drop allowing more orders before they send out their unfulfilled orders. Why not WAIT until you are caught up and can please your customers more? Slowly but surely they are losing more and more customers because of this. KQ will also order a VERY limited amount of clothing in the popular styles and designs/patterns so that people fight over getting their hands on these so they can potentially resell them at a higher price. It's sooo fishy to me and it's truly disgusting they pit their shoppers against each other. Their prices have risen drastically and they are continually having "extra" sales to get rid of inventory since more and more customers are catching on to the **** KQ is.......Good luck to any buyers, LOL!Review from Angela H

Company is continuously having shipping issues. The issues started mainly during Covid and then just continued to get worse. Submitted an order on July 26th and it wont be delivered until August 19th. When reaching out to customer service (because my order was never updated) their support staff apologized and sent the order out with 5-7 business day shipping instead of expediting it due to the delay. The company is overwhelmed with buyers and has lost their customer service support along the way. For as much of a profit they are making..they should be able to expedite an order or provide a coupon due to the CONTINUOUS issues.Review from Laura S

Love the products but the company is horribly run. I swear management is trying to burn themselves to the ground. They had a 4th of July sale and advertised 5-8 business days for processing time, then after 8 business days said it would be 12 business days..... well it's now been 19 business days and many orders are still unfulfilled, and they are now giving us out of stock alerts on our orders and canceling half of the items. I now no longer need any of the 0-3 month size stuff I ordered it since it won't fit and they refuse to cancel my order, but also still haven't shipped it when it was supposed to already have been here weeks ago. No clue if it will ever ship now. Seems criminal to take someone's money and not ship in a timely manner that was stated clearly on the website and refuse to refund the order. Definitely lost me as a customer, I still love the clothing and will buy second hand off of resale websites since I can get it within days, rather than waiting over a month when buying directly.
