Wow! No positive reviews what so ever! I just placed an order a couple of days ago. As soon as the order went through, I realized I was overcharged by almost twice the price. I sent an email within about 2 minutes. Not hearing anything from them, I sent several emails to cancel the order and find out why I had been overcharged but still heard nothing! I actually didnt hear back until after the order was sent out a day and a half later! I was told that its now too late to cancel the order. After two days of getting the run around from this company, they stopped the delivery but still havent refunded my money. The order was supposed to be delivered yesterday and *** is usually on time with no problem in my area, so obviously they did find a way to stop the delivery but, after two days, I still havent received a refund. *** warned as a many people as possible not to purchase from this company. Im hope I have saved someone the headache of dealing with them.Review from Crystal H

The customer service is terrible!!! I been trying to call the phone number listed for DAYS!! I ordered 2 cups in January and received an email February 1st that they received the cups and still February 26th waiting for my refund! When I reached out to them through a ticket because apparently thats the ONLY way to reach them, ******* emailed me back that the warehouse is still inspecting my return. WHY is it taking a month to ************ my return???? Its enough it will take 2 weeks for the refund to process through the bank. Im EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and I will NEVER buy another Stanley cup EVER AGAIN IN LIFE. And I will encourage my family and friends to NOT buy either. I dont want to walk around with a product representing such terrible customer service. How can I trust your product is what it says it is when you are treating the customers this way and not caring. I wish I would have seen all of the negative reviews because I even purchased off the website. So disappointingReview from Susan P

If you want to waste good money, buy here! I placed an order on January 2, received shipping information the very next day.. and have been waiting ever since. The **** tracking information is invalid, Mails do not get answered, the only way to at least get my money back seems PayPal.Review from Bryan P

Terrible customer service. I ordered three tumblers that said they were in stock, got email confirmation then two minutes later a cancellation email. Tried again 20 minutes later, got confirmation, two minutes later a cancelation email. Went back on the site and now says out of stock. Whoever the lousy IT folks are at Stanley should be fired. Been on the phone to get an answer for half an hour and cant get anyone to pick up. STICK WITH YETI INSTEAD OF THIS GARBAGE!!Review from SHERRY B

NO **************** whatsoever. I guess this company believes they no longer have to give customer service since they THINK they are KING of the **** since they got some attention on social media. If you have a product defect issue, or ANY issue, they continuously send out FAKE email responses that they are taking care of it. Then they send out more FAKE emails asking to resend the warranty claim with a video. I have done that 2 x, and have continued to receive more FAKE emails the issue has been resolved with NO LEGIMATE response or resolution. They even had the audacity to send out another FAKE email saying please rate our ****************. Are you kidding me. They no longer have a customer service line either. I have called it numerous times, and they keep you on hold for over 30 minutes, then the line just disconnects. This company is NOTHING like the company I knew in the past. I think it is only a matter of time, the public finds out exactly what they are dealing with. Social media blew them up so they think they are special. Social media can take a company DOWN just as quickly. There are other products out there that are actually better quality for LESS money.Try Hydro Cell, Thermos, or Hydro Flask. I ordered a personalized mug for Christmas on 12/1/2023 after I got a text saying last day for Christmas delivery for custom orders is 12/2/2023. I paid and my order status is still unfulfilled. I have sent multiple emails, tried calling, only to be hung up on after holding for 30 minutes. My last email request was please cancel my order and refund my money. The email response was, sorry, your order is in queue to engrave. That was over a week ago. Still unfulfilled. Again, since its not done, I asked for a refund. No response. If they cant resolve this, Im going to stop payment with my bank! I feel this issue is way beyond the Christmas rush! And its a plain black 40 oz Tumbler! Always in stock item! I used to be a huge Stanley fan! I have a very large tumbler collection. Not anymore. Im selling them on FB Marketplace & going to try another brand. I was given three pieces of order before Christmas and got only two of them.I wrote at least five emails to the consumer service and when they gave me an answer say one of the product (legendary 2Qt) was lost in shipping. They asked me to get a refund or another color since they were out of stock, however, I bought the same product separately.In another email they told me either I could "keep" the lost product or "recycle", they accused me of theft. I replied that I could wait long enough to get the same product and did not accept other colors or a refund, but they started refunding.Review from Ling L.

I can't believe my recent experience with this Company with such a long history was so bad. ****** 1913's water bottle is famous, I bought two bottles as Xmas gifts for my couple-friends before Christmas. It showed in the email saying all two products were delivered, HOWeVER, I ended up only receiving one. According to the tracking number they provided, the weight of the package also indicates that they only shipped one product. The support team said to me they were out of stock, that's why I didn't get it, but on their page, there is no info showing the out-of-stock status. They offered two and ************: 1. i reorder that product (that they can't guarantee I will receive) + an additional shipping fee with their generous 20% discount (I bought them with a 10% discount and no shipping fee in the first place), and will be delivered to me after Christmas. OR 2. They refund me so I could have one water bottle for my couple-friends. Ridiculous! They defrauded their customers and asked the customers to pay for the mistake they made. Terrible customer service. I have been ordering custom ramblers from Yeti for the last 5 years for our small business. I decided to give Stanley a try. The difference in customer experience is night and day. Yeti offers proofing, makes sure customers are happy, replies to emails, etc. Stanley does none of this, and when I was unhappy with our product they just said "sorry you agreed to terms and conditions." Couple that with their call center being in the *********** (Yeti is US based) and you can see that Stanley basically just mails it in and doesnt care about their customer. My ********************** order had specific instructions to send a proof for our order BEFORE printing and sending. I got the order today, without any proof, and the logo is off and WAY too small. These tumblers are almost $60/each with customization. I wont make the same mistake again. ***** that this is a US based company, and they have almost no customer service or quality control.Review from tim b

Huge let down coming this Christmas thanks Stanley for nothing.My order placed November 16th everything was in stock and available as per the order selection and description. Plenty of time for the holidays.(Nov 16th 2023)Conveniently after 20 days of calls and emails later,Dec 6th 2023) you finally respond with not in stock now asking would you like your money back, well duh.Give me the choice to wait ,or get my money back because your now all of the sudden without any contact with myself over three weeks are saying out of stock your out of luck. Explain that to my daughters i guess the Stanley name will not live on in this family of 7. as sign of the times or just poor operational standards, how are they allowed to get away with this read the rest of the comments brutal.The worst customer service and contract fulfillment anywhere.
