    I took my car into the repair shop on February 20th for a diagnostic test for my E500 ************** They informed me that my car could be fixed and I would have it within the next week or so, but they had to order the parts from ********* However, weeks went by, and despite my constant calls and emails asking about my car, there was no update. I had to rent a car, which I kept until April 5th, when I was finally told to come in and pick up my car, which they said was ready. Unfortunately, I didn't even make it home before the air compressor went out, causing my car to drop suddenly. As a result, I had to take the car back to the shop, where they explained that they had to reorder the part, as one of them had failed. They assured me that everything would be okay, and I picked up my car again. But just two blocks away, the car started making noise, and it dropped again in the middle of the street. I contacted the shop again, but no one answered, so I had to wait until the next day. I then got the car towed in again and was told that they had to put a harness and order another part because another part had failed. They asked for a day or two to fix it, and I agreed to give them another chance. However, when I picked up my car for the third time, the same problem happened again. The car pulled to the side and made a noise like it was releasing air and dropped down. I called the shop, but I was met with a very defensive conversation as if the car not working and the parts failing were my fault. I tried to work with this repair shop three different times since I got my car out the shop due to the part failing, but they did not do the job correctly. Today is April 17th, and they are still being unsupportive. They have only refunded $300 for a rental car, and I have asked for reimbursement, which they have denied. I have not been able to drive my car for a full 24 hours or even have my car for a full 24 hours without it being not in working condition. This situation is very detrimental to me and my kids' livelihood, and it's not safe for us to be driving in a car with this kind of problem. I reached out to the car repair shop multiple times, but they did not return my phone call. They only informed me that they will not pay for the car to be towed unless it is something that was caused by them, and they will only pay for the diagnostic if it has something to do with the parts that they fixed. In my eyes, this is very insensitive to the situation, knowing that I have not had my car for a full 24 hours, and the part keeps failing. They are being defensive, and I was even told that the mechanic who worked on my car is no longer there since they started working on my car. I believe something happened with my car because of him.Sent from ***********************
