      I bought a car from them in October 2022. The engine failed on the car in August 2023. I had to go in to the dealership and get them to get a new car for me because they were just trying to repair it. This was the 3rd safety incident. I also got charged for another car payment in October even though I got a new car. The customer service and communication have been horrible and I will never buy another car from them.

      Their finance department charged me almost ****** in product. Making my ****** car a ****** something car debt. This is theft. They should be allowed to scam people in this way. I know have a car loan debt. That is outrageous. They were not clear on the numbers. It should be illegal to do this. More regulations should be in place for this sort of a scam.

      After reviewing your paperwork you purchased the vehicle for almost ******. I think that you are missing the fact that there are almost $9,000 is sales tax, licensing, interest (what the bank charges to borrow money).  In addition you purchased an extended service plan to protect your investment as your car was almost out of warranty.  If you have any other questions we would be more than glad to sit down with you and go over your paperwork.

      Bought a new 2023 rogue, and have had absolutely nothing but problems with this dealership. When I go to leave and put the vehicle in reverse the mirror makes multiple clicks and doesnt lower it to the right position. We were told to call to schedule an appt and service would take care of us. The only appt they had was a Saturday 2 weeks out. Show up that day only to be told we need to leave it until Mon. since they dont have a mechanic in. We live 30 mi. away. A call to reschedule would be nice. They didnt have any loaners and expected us to leave it all weekend? How the heck do they even think were gonna get home? Our salesman was there and able to get a loaner for us. I go back to service and told them I need to grab belongings out of my vehicle that Im going to need. The guy told me to hang on because the mechanic wanted to talk to me. What the heck, I thought you didnt have a mechanic working and thats why I needed to leave it? He tells me the issue is the position the mirrors it. Sure I know youre full of c*** because Ive had three Nissans and never has it been an issue. He told me he fixed it. I go to pull out , the same thing starts happening. They said they had to order a new mirror and will call me when its in. 2 1/2 weeks later we get a voicemail. Service **** doesnt have their own phone line, you have to go through the receptionist. For 4 days I have been trying to reach them. I keep being told theyre busy and to call back or leave my number. Ive left my phone number twice and have not had a single call back. A couple of days after purchasing we received a call saying we needed to come back in and re-sign some papers because they needed to change the monthly term. We get back and the monthly term is exactly the same the only difference is they went through another bank, and the interest was much higher than originally stated. If I hadnt read the papers, we wouldve never known, this is a very shady business practice. DO NOT BUY HERE!

      Bought a car from them, and had it for less than 24 HOURS when the fuel pump assembly suddenly went out. It was NOT covered by the "xtended care vehicle service contract" that we purchased with the car covering the powertrain...for an additional $2600, and put our total over $11,000. We paid to have it towed to a couple of mechanics that will replace ***** fuel pumps, and had it analyzed. The quotes were approximately $1800 to repair it for the part and the intensive labor. We called Younker, and were told by OUR salesperson that our extended service contract would cover it, and we would just need to give the repair shop the number to the company which issued the extended warranty, along with our contract number. He lied to us...and has been of no help. I realize that WA doesn't have a cooling off period for large purchases, but owning the vehicle for LESS THAN 24 HOURS?!?!? Come on....do better...do something! This is an unbelievable outcome from a company that we trusted to sell us a good, running car with decent customer service. And we got none of that, just a new used car that we can't afford to have fixed. Nothing like having to make monthly payments for a vehicle we can't even drive.

      My car was in twice for repairs in two weeks. First time, they either threw out or broke belongings that I had left in the car. Second time it was stolen because the keys were left inside the car by a tech.
