      Was forced to buy a dealer add-on to purchase my new car. They will try to force you to buy SWAT and an Etch antitheft device (what I had to do) or will mark the car up on the backend if I didn't buy at least one. NO OK!

      I am beyond upset with recommendations given to me by the service center at Hyundai of Kirkland. It took several months to get an appointment when my engine light was on. Had taken it to my regular mechanic twice but they were not able to fix. - Took to the dealer and they fixed problem for $700 but they also did a multi point inspection and said brake linings required immediate attention and would fix for $800+. We said no since we were not going to keep the car. We ended up keeping the car and our regular mechanic said brakes were fine! We will not be returning to either service center or Hyundai dealership in Kirkland.

I am sorry to hear you are upset, however, the technician noted that your brakes were worn down to 3mm on the left side and 2mm on the right. Our policy is to recommend replacement at 3mm as it can become a safety issue if you let it go any longer. I am disappointed that you felt you could not address your questions and concerns to us directly. I recently left you a voicemail. If you are interested in discussing this further, I ask that you return my call at your earliest convenience.

      Confused and shocked!!I was just denied to purchase a vehicle because I live 5 hours away! WOW - i was going to drive and purchase the vehicle. I wanted to get the paperwork started and pick ** in morning. Denied - didnt run credit - didnt do an application - Nothing. Because im not local - NO CAR FOR YOU. Im 5 hours away - this is the closest Genesis ******* Worst **************** Ever - I have never Experienced this. Here is what i got from the Sales Manager - ************************* "I do apologize for any inconvenience, we want to make sure that we have inventory for our local customers."Dont do business with this company.

      On 3/16/2022 we purchased at 2022 Hyundai ********, and traded in our 2019 ****** Outback. The lease payoff on the Outback was $19,000, but when the final finance documents were prepared the payoff amount was listed as $16,000. On May 4, 2022, we had to produce another $3,000 in order to not have to refinance this Santa Fe. We did that, and were promised the paint and interior coating service, that we declined at the day of purchase. Five days later, we still have not been contacted by Hyundai of Kirkland service to arrange this service. *************************, Sales Manger is just not a man of his word. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

      I called before going in to ask about a trade in. My car was in the shop and unknown what was wrong. I figured they could not take it in on trade but called to find out either way. ***** in sales assured me it was no problem. Just have the vin number and miles he said. I had a Co worker take time out of work to drive me there. I talked to TWO different people and explain the same thing to both about my car. They both assure me it's no issue. My co worker leaves since I have good credit and since they said NUMEROUS times the trade is no problem I figured I'll leave in a car. We spend the normal couple hours going over everything and reach a deal. As I'm waiting for finance I ask the sales manager about how we get my trade in. The sales manager says no one told him the car wasn't there. The sales manager then gets up and walks away and has the salesmen come back and tell me it's no deal. The coward couldn't even look at me. Total lack of professionalism and communication.I understand why they wouldn't take my trade in, but don't lie about it! I was completely honest and upfront and these shady scumbags can't even look me in the face and say they messed up. Several hours of my day wasted, my credit pulled for no reason and waiting outside in the cold for a ride. I am beyond frustrated and will be posting this in several places. Please be aware that cowards can never be honest.I hope the general manager sees this and to make it right I want all three involved to make an honest apology for wasting time for their lack of integrity.
