      October 7,2023 I drove down to Rairdons Auto of Burien from Bellingham and arrived around 6pm with my husband and 2yr old daughter. We found this 2017 Cadillac Escalade online that we really liked, went to see it and asked questions about the truck, because a check engine light was on. We were told the truck had no issues and if it does have any later, we could have it serviced at the shop. They said they changed Spark plugs, changed the oil and it was all up to date. We decided to purchase it, to finalize our purchase we were sent down the road to Honda of Burien. Sat there until about 11pm with our 2yr old daughter. The papers we signed at the other place were not the same as the ones we signed there. Prices were different and added stuff was on it. We didnt find out until we came back because they rushed us through signing and didnt give us a copy. We were so tired and didnt think about it! Mistake. The next day it had issues, a chirping sound in the engine and the ** didnt work. In contacting the dealer they said Why did you have the ** on? Its October?, first of all, why does that matter? The ** doesnt work. Second, that tells me they knew and thought we wouldnt find out until next year summer. Then we were asked to come down the following Thursday for them to bring it to their shop. I took time off work and drove back down only to find out there was no appointment made for me. The guy I talked to sent me down the road to Honda of Burien and had them check it out. 3 hours later they tell me they cant diagnose the Cadillacs because they arent equipped. Honda of Burien said I need to go to a Cadillac Dealership for help. I told them I dont want to be charged for Cadillacs work and diagnostics. But they told me they would take care of it. Plus they added an extended warranty, unbeknownst to me. I drove back home and set up an appointment the following day with a Cadillac dealership. Of course they charged for every item as a single diagnostic. 2 things. $192 a piece. Ridiculous. I was going to have them program my second key fob, but they told me they charge a diagnostic fee and a $125 programming fee. ??Anyways, ******** says the ** has a leak, warranty does not cover it. $876 to replace it and fill the Freon. They said there is a chirping noise in the engine and the warranty covers that diagnostic, but they need to open up the engine and look at what needs to be replaced, then see if the warranty covers it. If they dont cover it, I would be charged the diagnostic and labor. $550. Which does not cover the replacement of the part. I reached out to ******* of Burien and they told me that they need to ask their managers for approval, but they should be able to cover the cost. When I told the Cadillac Dealership, they called the same person right in front of me and they denied saying that they would pay. I called the Finance at Honda of Burien with questions about the price difference, I was told it was the warranty coverage. That coverage didnt help one bit, it didnt even pay diagnostics, ** issues, or the cylinder 8 problem it has. I was able to get the warranty taken off of the loan. But I need the promises made to fix my truck to come through. This isnt right. I got the run around with both companies and now Im getting ran through with the Cadillac dealership and all their diagnostic charges. I want my truck fixed and running in good condition. Right now the engine shakes, the ** needs to be replaced and the fuel injector is bad.

      My husband and I went to test drive a CRV to see if we still liked the vehicle. Were looking to purchase in the next 3 months or so. After telling the sales person and branch manager that my husband was having surgery and we were looking to Purchase after recovery (the car would be for him) they suggested that we should think about purchasing the car now, asked how the surgery would affect our financials, asked if we could still get a loan with a reduced salary, and more questions. Finally had to abruptly stop the conversation. I just found it so incredibly insensitive and intrusive. I honestly cant believe that that even after telling them about an upcoming brain surgery, they would still high pressure sale. I would never buy a car from these fools.
