This is my 2nd car buying experience from DH VW and it keeps getting better! I came into car buying with so much anxiety and fear, but the team here: ******, ****, ***** all did an exceptional job at empowering me to purchase a car I felt confident in. Never once did I feel pressured into buying something. ****** did a great job at meeting me where I was at with car shopping. ***** and **** are always great at answering difficult financing questions. I received a great trade in value and piece of mind in purchasing a vehicle with factory warranty. I will only *********** from them from now on!

Wow! What a great review for our process and staff members. We know that the buying process is a tough road to travel, especially with all of the options, decisions and uncertainties surrounding it! We are always very grateful when our guests pick us to take care of them on the journey, but not only that...they circle back and leave this type of feedback indicating of their 100% satisfaction and intentions to bring future purchases to us. That never gets old.

I had the pleasure of working with *********************** as the sales rep when purchasing a vehicle. He was courteous, well spoken and in general one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with. His sales manager, ***** was awesome too. When it was time to get to the deal, there was a minimum of back and forth and the exchange was amicable. ****** in finance was very nice as well.Kudos to these guys. That's really neat to hear that not only our salesperson ****** was a cut above, but that our management support staff followed suit with high marks! I'm never surprised when I see such things said about him. He takes the experiences he provides very seriously.
Compliments are always so appreciated in this business. There really isn't a time that we don't find a ton of value in our own positive influence and experiences that we provide all of our guests. We are over the moon that you took the time to let us know how our group did for you.

*********************** at Volkswagen of ********* was above and beyond helpful when getting an appraisal done on a 2018 Atlas. Talking features, different car colors, and many other things on a new 2024 Atlas. He was very kind to my kids who had all the questions for him answering them, joking with them and listening to their stories. He took me and one of my kids on a test drive where my son was absolutely amazed and in love with the car, ****** talked to **************** showing him different features. We got back to the dealership (where remember we were just there for an appraisal) and walked out with a new 2024 Atlas. ****** is that good at his job. He makes you feel so comfortable, had amazing knowledge on the car and was just a really cool sweet person. We never felt pressured like you do a lot of times going to a dealership or how things just kinda feel weird. It was like talking to a friend you've know for years. I'm trying to get my grandmother in to see ****** about a new car, hopefully soon! My husband and I will recommend him to anyone we know looking for a new or used car!Dick Hannah Volkswagen Response

Now that is a great review! You nailed it with not only ******, but our entire staff. We employ a lot of folks that really embody these characteristics. Hearing that you were treated like a friend, and you found value in that is extremely cool!
Kids are an important part of a parent's decision process, so involving them in the process is so important. We get that!
We are also humbled to hear that not only is your Husband going to be referring others to us, but we may get to meet your Grandmother and show her a great way to buy a car, too.

Another AMAZING buying experience!I was looking for a new car, and really didnt have a preference as to make. I went to a couple of dealerships and one salesman actually told me to come back with my husband. I just leftAnd headed for the **** Hannah dealerships. At Volkswagen, I was met by *********************************. I liked him immediately. He listened to what I was looking for and presented three different models that fit the ****. I ultimately went with an Atlas Cross Sport. He made everything so easy, did not pressure me, and was easy going. Our family buys cars often. This is now two cars in less than a year year Ive bought from ********. I will never go anywhere else. He is my car husband and Ill never stray. ************************* has been wonderful to work with. Just bought my second VW from him and have no intention of looking elsewhere when the time comes again. Going to Dock Hannah Volkswagen and working with *********************************, our salesperson, was an awesome experience. He was super friendly, straight forward, and answered all our questions. He made the process very peaceful and simple. Theres usually some anxiety going to buy a car from a dealership, but **** alleviated the anxiety from the process. You could tell he cared about us personally, and made sure we felt good about our purchase - we werent just dollar signs to him. ***************** in the service department was also amazing, making sure our car was ready to go and all my appointments were set. ***** in finance was also great to work with. Nick B******* was an incredible help via email before I even stepped foot on the lot. When I came to the lot he was organized and knowledgeable and made the process very simple. He has worked with me to address any questions or concerns. Had I not worked with him that day I likely would not have bought a car yet. It has been almost a week since I bought the car and Nick is still responsive to emails and helping me learn the ins and outs of my new ride.
