Fantastic work, estimator, and installers. My experience was A+ from start to finish. I would 100% recommend KGuard to anyone looking for a safe and easy alternative to pesky leaves. Living beneath a giant oak has its positives, but I was tired of cleaning my gutters multiple times a year. 100!!Review from Will M

After almost 2 years of excuse after excuse, and lie after blatant lie, K guard / one stop home improvement located at 460 progress drive in Lynchburg VA refuses to replace the $8000 worth of brand new windows that have obvious defects that they (one stop) installed and have seen and agreed to replace due to the defects first hand. After waiting and waiting and calling time after time, wasting months of my time,I had to spend more money with a REAL home improvement business to have my BRAND NEW windows fixed they just either don't call you back or lie to you. This company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND their products, nor do they have any type of customer service in general. Horrible experience and a giant waste of your hard earned money. Save yourself the terrible experience. One stop home improvement is not a place you want to waste your money with.

Dear Mr. ********, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your overall experience. As discussed in all recent conversations, your service needs have been turned over to the manufacturer, through whom you have a Lifetime Warranty, and who will be responsible for the repair of your windows. In addition, we have given you the manufacturer representative’s phone number. This individual is responsible for providing you with any and all information and updates on your services. As a courtesy, our office has gone above and beyond in acting as a liaison between you and them, but we are no longer able to do this, due to the extremely unprofessional manner in which you have engaged with us. In addition, we have staff members that no longer feel comfortable or safe conversing with you. We have upheld our contractual agreement and will have no further business with you. I have delayed writing to you until the KGuard gutters I had installed at my address were put to the test. This week, I have personally seen the incredible difference that the install has made to both the flow and direction of rainwater from the property. The problem area of my home is now kept dry during the hardest rain and the water is now flowing correctly to the corners of the home. Thank you and thanks to the KGuard installation crew for providing an outstanding product that I feel confident will continue to protect my home for the years to come.K Guard/One Stop Home Improvement Shop Response
