Aside from the six-month lead time and the value-to-dollar ratio, our main problem with Re-Bath was their failure after installation to return any phone calls. The new shower looks great from a little bit of distance. The installer was friendly, polite, considerate, and conscientious. The installation went mostly smoothly, over three days. Up close, however, there is a very visible chip in the side seam of the corner seat, and excess caulk in every place there is caulk. The shower handle doesn't fit very well, and feels, well, cheap. The installer was in a hurry to get out and to get our final payment, which, thankfully, was on a credit card. We didn't have a chance to really check the whole thing out until after he was gone, and then put in a call to Patrick about the chip and for information about warranties and care instructions. I left a couple of messages, and texted him photos of the chip but no response. I would not recommend.
