I went in to buy a 2024 CR-V AWD and made the deal prior. When signing the bill of sale the manager decides to swap out the AWD for a FWD. Then the salesperson said she made a mistake on the paperwork and had to sign another bill of sale which had different sale amount and VIN number. During my insurance update the sales person provided two different VIN numbers so I had already got the feeling that something was odd, and countless other interactions with other workers. I drive off and a couple days later I realized the car was not the AWD version and FWD. I call another manager because the original manager wouldn't take my call and he was not helpful at the very least and brushed be off. He explained that AWD and FWD are the same and that "Full Wheel Drive" is the same as All-Wheel Drive. I told him that's not what the acronyms are. He continues to brush me off until I mentioned lawyering up. He then said if I mention lawyer he couldn't talk to me anymore at that point i told him to leave a message to the first manager to call me back. 30 minutes later, the second manger calls back and said he would correct the mistake. A couple days go by and he doesn't respond. I call a few times and finally get a time I could come in and make it right. Not even apology for knowingly trying to screw me over. I was hesitant to write a review but I need to make sure others don't get screwed.Review from drew h

I took my Honda Ridgeline in for recall work. First the truck had to be inspected to see if it actually needed the recommended recall repairs. After waiting two hours I was handed a paper with the dealerships recommended repairs to my vehicle which had nothing to do with the recall. The estimate was for $3122.84. It included items that I knew did not need to be done because they had recently been done by my mechanic. I did however pay my mechanic to do a thorough inspection off all the items on the dealers list. A little lubrication and replacing a cabin air filter were the only things needed. i believe what was attempted by Bisbee Honda was fraudulent. Signed, Drew ******Review from Betty W

Honda buyers beware! I was purchasing a Honda pilot 2023 today. The sales person, *****, and sales manager, ******, were outstanding! Once the check was written, and paperwork was done the general manager, Bobby ******, got involved. He was a nightmare! Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I am so sorry they have this type of employee at this dealership. I can only imagine what Honda corporate with think of this GM’s behavior. Please go somewhere else and purchase a Honda from someone who appreciates you and your business!Review from kimberly h.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord Sport from Steve Padgett Honda on 12/28/2022. The next morning I noticed a crack in the windshield. It was not visible the evening I purchased the car. I immediately called the sales person that sold me the car. I was told she was with another customer and she would have her to return my call. I didn't get a return call. The next morning no return call. I felt I was getting the run around so I called her. She told me to send her a picture of the windshield to her personal phone and she would speak to her sales manager. I called back later that afternoon after not getting a return call, only to be told they were very busy all that day. I told the sales lady I would be at the dealership the next morning and needed to know the sales managers name. I went to the dealership the next day spoke to the sales manager and he stated you have windshield coverage on your insurance policy and the deductible should be only $50. He told me he would pay the $50. He told me to call my insurance company and then call him back the next morning due to the insurance company wasn't open that day. I did have windshield coverage and the deductible was $500 not $50. I called the sales manager spoke with him about the deductible, he then said he would call to see when he could get the windshield in, and would call and let me know. I waited for 3 days, no call. The 4th day I called him only to get his voicemail. left a message, no call was returned. I called the next day, my call was sent to voicemail again, no return call after 5 days. I was devastated how I have been treated by this dealership. I was given the run around by the salesman and the sales manager. I was sold a 35,000.00 car paid a $1000 deposit with a crack in the windshield, I noticed there also was a 12/23 inspection sticker on the car that was put on a few days before it was sold to me . Only to be given the run around for almost 2 weeks and they still won't respond. DEVASTATEDReview from Shelby B

So I normally don’t post stuff like this, but I’m so mad!?? I took my car to Steve Padgett Honda to get my car inspected. My appointment was at 12:30, and mine you I had my 6 month old baby girl with me. I thought this would only take an hour. So 2:30 rolls around the lady comes to get me and said Mrs. ****** your car needs new tires! I looked at her and said look again my husband and I just put new tires on the car two weeks ago. Then she comes back and said you need new windshield wipers! I told her I shouldn’t I just put them on my car a couple months ago and I used them this morning to wash my windshield off. The lady said well their ripped! I told her they won’t ripped this morning! She said it will costed $50 extra dollars to put them on. I said so $70 bucks in total? She said yes ma’am if not we will have to reject? the car! I told her reject it then I’m not paying $50 bucks for windshield wipers! She said you have 14 days to bring it back. I went to ******* off of riverside drive bought the windshield wipers for $12 bucks and put them on myself in the parking lot. I took my car back to Steve Padgett at around 2:55. Same lady took my keys said it shouldn’t be long all they have to do is check to see I changed them out. I set there with my child till 5:30! My moral? to this story is this people ripped my windshield wipers to get $50 extra dollars out of me then made me wait that long because I won’t give it to them! Customers of this place beware?!Review from Sally R

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. There is ZERO communication in their service department. Twice I scheduled a week in advance to have recall repair performed. I was very specific when making the appointments, you would think they would know if they had the needed part beforehand and communicate to reschedule if not. Twice I had my husband follow me up there (40 miles one way) so I could leave it to be repaired and pick up the same day. Twice they call me several hours later to tell me they don’t have the part needed. The 2nd time I was told they ordered the part and it would be there by Tuesday. I left the car and was told it should be ready Wednesday. They said they would let me know if it didn’t come in. Wednesday afternoon I call to see if it ready and was told the part just came in today and it would be ready Thursday. Thursday Morning I call to speak to service managers only to be told the part didn’t come in but they would send a driver to Greensboro dealer to pick up the part and it would be ready by end of day. Finally it was done but inside of the car smelled strongly of gasoline. I have driven a total of 240 unnecessary miles to get a recall repair done and all they have to say is sorry. I will never buy a car from them again and of course never have any service performed here again. I will spend more if needed to avoid dealing with this dealer in the future. They are a complete cluster with no regard for customer satisfaction.
