            I ordered from Pizza Tonite London location for dinner at 5PM received a text message stating it was to be delivered 45 mins after. The meal came to my door at 6:19PM. The upon delivery was not hot or warm, it was luke warm at best. I ordered garlic bread with cheese, which was advertised as being a baguette with garlic butter and cheese. That side came as 4 pieces of toast (bread) with cheese not even a hint of garlic. The breaded mushroom were cold and grease filled. My spouse called the store to complain and was told that the driver delivering was in fact the owner and that he said, “the meal was hot when he delivered it; that we cannot do anything about it for you”. Nothing was not hot at all. When I called shortly after I talked to the Owner he was Rude and Ignorant towards me and also said he can not do anything to correct the mistake. I advised him I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau ***** *** ***** ***********. With no care or concern he continued to be rude and ignorant and hung up on me. An Apology and a I will correct this with a reimbursement would have been appreciated as no one likes to throw away money or food.
