This company has great offerings and high quality products. The service is not great at all did not follow up with my product arrival and they said emails would get sent out. A month goes by and I have to contact them for my product. I finally get the product and when talking to the sales associate they said the shower kit has the wall option or ceiling options. After the month finally picking up my order the kit doesn't come with the ceiling mount pipe and then they tell me it's an extra cost after already paying over $1100.00 for the kit and already having the plumbing complete. I will never shop here again. not professional and very inexperienced when talking about their products and not clear explaining everything.

Hi ****, sorry about your experience at London bath centre, both our employees are new, due to Covid, we lost our experienced employees , these new employees have less that 6 weeks experience, as far as the ceiling arm is concerned, we did order you a ceiling mount, at no charge to swap with the wall arm, but its on back order from the manufacturer, we have no control over suppliers, the kit that you took, if you look at the box, has a label of another a builder on it, which we took to fulfill your order, because the ****** is taking longer than normal for deliveries, when it comes not to shopping here again, that's your prerogative . but I can assure you that if you ever have an issue with your shower kit or need parts please do not hesitate to contact us . if you would like discuss further please give me a call ************ regards ****

I really appreciate your in depth response and being transparent with your customer which you didn't have to I really appreciate your words and your handling of the customer service experience that may not have had the first time best experience. I'm very grateful that you were able to order me a ceiling arm at no extra cost, thank you.

I really appreciate you getting me another kit due to the back orders and how close and fast my bathroom renovations are moving along. I understand the ongoing difficulties due to covid trying to restock the stores or employees new or old having different circumstances regarding and navigating through the pandemic. I know it may not be easy with customer volume but getting an email saying we haven't forgot about you and their orders are still pending even if it's unknown due to backstock.

Even though the experience wasn't entirely the best your response has made me appreciate your store more how you value a customer.
