      Absolutely wonderful!! Our mobility specialists was the best. Krista Tingly. She was extremely knowledgeable as nd very patient with me. I have never bought a car over the internet. Krista made it easy. Thank you so much Krista and Freedom Motors USA. We are now back doing the things we love. ??

      Horrible wiring condition at right and left sides of rear bumper after ramp conversion. Because of this it has become a Safety issue for the electronic parts. Side Detection System doesn't work because of the poor wiring according to a GM dealership and a Mobility Works dealership. Freedom Motors won't take responsibility for their wiring mess up, which in my mind they don't care about their clients and Safety the only thing they care about is the Money for what they Charge for a Handicapped accessible vehicle.

      Dont try to trade with them 20 thousand over sticker for a new one I tried to trade mine these folks should be charged with preying on the disabled no stars for this company one star so I could leave a review

      We purchased a new Scion XB in 2008 from Freedom Motors, about two years ago I noticed that the floor of the modification was spongy. After further review I could see that it was rusty underneath. I called Freedom Motors and talked to the local sale rep for our area about repair or at least help with the repair. He told me that there was nothing they could do and I should find someone in our area that could fix it, obviously they were not going to participate in any way. I have been looking for someone since then, either body shops or metal fabricators, they have all turned me down saying this is out of their normal scope. The rust is so bad now that it's not safe for anyone to ride in the back, the entire box along with the hinges at the ramp are about to fall down. Yesterday I contacted Freedom Motors to see if I could ship the car there and have them completely redo the modification. Not even asking them to help with the costs. Their response was there is nothing they could do because it's too rusty and they don't modify the Scion SB anymore. So, I guess they do not stand behind their work even if its substandard, this folk is when you find out how good a company really is. You might be happy with your new modified car now, but hurry up and enjoy it while you can because some day you will be in the same place as I am. A rust bucket car with only 100,000 miles that you can't drive.

      While this issue has been discussed extensively, we welcome the chance to review all information.

      The Scion xB was a great wheelchair vehicle however it was retired many years ago. Ramps and conversion parts fitting the xB are no longer manufactured. While we often repair or refurbish older vehicles, and even though cost is not a factor for you, renovations on a long-retired model with such extensive damage are not able to be completed.

      The pictures you sent were helpful and showed, after 13 upper midwest winters, the vehicle has experienced extensive, unmitigated rust damage. We would love to earn back your business so please keep Freedom Motors in mind when searching for a new WAV. Thanks!

      I do not accept this response, obviously you expect your product to not last for the lifetime of a car, or even half the lifetime of your car. I am blown away that you will not even consider helping me out!

      This is just more proof that you do not stand behind your product. If I noticed that the floor was giving out two years ago that means it had been rusting for awhile already, so I figured your work only lasted about 10 years. Seeing as your headquarters is in Michigan, I would think that you would build a product that would last longer than 10 years in winter conditions. Again, thanks for showing your future customers that you are great to work with when selling a car, just don't expect it to last or that you stand behind your work. This shows the real side of the integrity of your company.

      The process was smooth at the beginning. They were great about sending me pictures and communicating when about selling the car. Once they had payment in hand in too weeks to get my car to me. It goes into a shipping system and it just sits there until someone accepts the jobs. I got a call that the job was accepted and on its way to me after they told me that it if it was not received by next Wednesday they would make my 1st payment. I got the call on Friday that my car was picked up and should be to me by Sunday. On Sunday, I got a call from the driver stating that he had a death in the family and he had no idea when he'd get me my new car. I text the car salesman and let him know that I had been very patient but I had been waiting weeks and now I had no idea who had my car and where it was and where it would get to me and I said that I hope he'd honor making my payment. After saying that he would, he confirmed that my car was getting picked up and would be to me next week. I finally got my car and when it came time to make my payment they refused. After telling me TWICE, they would make my first payment they refused. I should have know they'd screw me once I got my car but I'm extremely disappointed and I never expected them to actually refuse to make the payment after promising me twice that they would. It's shady business and the last time that they will get my business. They got me my car less than a week before the 1st payment is due and while they can't control the shipping and when it's picked up but they can't control how they treat people and when you promise you'll do something standing by your word instead of leaving me with the payment the day before it's due and only after I followed up to verify.
