            This dealership sends "lottery ticket" mailers. My significant other and I came in with our "winner" ticket June 7th, but we were treated extremely rudely when we didn't have a vehicle for trade in to give them information about. The winner lottery ticket was pulled out of my hands and we were kicked out for "trespassing". That's not how the lottery works. If you're going to send junk mail to my mailbox, then you better play along with your own games and give out the prizes to people who take the time to bring their mailers in, instead of trying to kick them out for "trespassing" when they don't have a vehicle to trade in.

            Great buying process very nice and friendly. How ever when I bought my truck I was told it had a lifetime engine warranty (salesman says its still covered) but when you try and use it I am told that it's only good for 3 mounths. So lifetime doesn't really mean lifetime? And now stuck with a big bill on a truck that doesn't run. So be careful

            Mr. ***** bought a 2013 Ram 1500 truck from us on 6.7.22. At that time the vehicle had 102672 miles on it. The vehicles with less then 100,000 miles on them do have the lifetime engine warranty. Unfortunately this vehicle did not quality for that because it had over 100,000 miles on it. We did however sell it with a 3/3 warranty. Which is for 3 months/3,000 miles on the powertrain. We are well beyond that time frame.
