      Ive purchased 2 hot tubs over the last 20 years and ***** ***** and ****** have always been there with knowledgeable, professional, friendly, immediate ***************** A Solid Team that I would recommend to anyone. WCF Galien.

      Just installed my first pool and have 2 apps on my phone that will scan the test strips and tell you what and how much chemicals are needed, they both had different readings (what to do??) Called sensational spas and Jeff said come on down and I'll test the water. Got there and he dipped the test stri and without even comparing it to a chart, he said your good! The generic piece of crap vacuum that the pool sent me broke and went back to sensational spas today and not only did they sell me a Quality vacuum he didn't try to steer me towards the most expensive model, he gave me the choice and said this is the cheapest this is the middle and this is the high end. Also bought a very sturdy telescoping pole to attach to the vacuum. Quality products and quality employees. My go to pool store from now on!!!!!!!!!

      Sensational spas has been one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. My family wanted a spa but we weren't sure if we would be able to get one into our backyard. Contacted sensational through email and almost immediately received a response back. After speaking with the salesman about our yard having a very steep incline and cliff they sent out the service manager and we walked through what we were thinking. He told us not a problem! We moved forward working with Jeff and purchasing the perfect spa within our budget. He gave us landscape recommendations aswell as electrician recommendations. On the day of the delivery the guys came out and Travis went above and beyond to get the spa exactly where we wanted it. Did I mention they filled it with hot water!? We are one happy family. 5 stars for

      Sensational Spas has been outstanding to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more highly! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. A place that truly understands customer service! Buy your spa here and you will be so glad that you did!!

      Had an issue with my hot tub not heating that I purchased from Sensational Spas a few years ago. They not only came out very timely and diagnosed the cause but also had parts in their service van and had my hot tub operating properly in short order. I highly recommend Sensational Spas.

      Horrible! Quit servicing our spa's because we didn't buy overpriced spa's from them! We literally spent thousands of dollars to have them serviced all year. When they were slow in the winter they sure enjoyed the $500 per month we were paying them and in the summer when we needed them the most they quit on us with little notice. Would not recommend them if you need someone dependable that won't quit on you. Their spa's are very expensive so we had to purchase something within our budget (bought a hardly used spa with blue tooth, 7 person) and they did not have anything in our range with all the bells and whistles. Pretty sad that they don't care about a consumers budget and quit because of it. Speaks volumes to me. BEWARE!!

      Here is the complete story. The charge for the customer was $600 for 3 months not 1 month. We allowed this customer access to our maintenance program in the off season as seasonal units we sold were shut down for the winter. When spring hit we were offered low ball offers on hot tubs by************** which we declined. It was mentioned at that time we can only service what we sell do to the huge volume of customers that we have. He decided to spend his money else where ending his accounts with us.

      This business is a bait and switch. We were given a price on a spa which we have the email and can provide it and then we were emailed back and told that was for a different spa. We ended up getting the same spa 5k less from another person. We don't mind paying a fair price for the same spa. I would definitely shop other spa businesses. We were never told our service would be discontinued in the busy summer months or we would have never used this company so this is false as well. We needed long term service. If this was mentioned in a email about the service then please provide the email because we have the emails with 2 different price quotes and no mention of cutting service if we didn't buy with them. They also said they would do weekly service until the end of June and they did not keep their word on that either. We paid them to empty and fill our spa several times so the $600 charge is also false as we paid them another $600 to do this on top of the monthly fee. Get everything in writing from this company.

      One more thing to note. This company advertises and offers spa cleaning. There is no disclaimer saying you must purchase a spa from them to have spa cleaning. If this is the case they should let the consumer know in advance so a person can make a informed decision.

      The spa in mention was quoted at $10,295 plus tax. We can gladly provide the email and the texts with this information to counter this absurd statement. This customer is upset assuming that we would take care of a spa that was purchased elsewhere. We have been in business for 32 years with thousands of customer that have purchased spas from us. We owe it to them to keep their service top notch after a sale. We do not need to carry on with this type of slander. Why can't the customer get service from the place the new spa was purchased?

      Again they advertise spa cleaning. No disclaimer on any of their advertising says you must purchase from them. Arguing whether we bought a spa or not that had nothing to do with servicing according to their advertising shows you how petty and spiteful the representative is from the company. Maybe a consumer attorney should get involved for false advertising. They said they would clean our spa until the end of the month (June) of which they lied and did not come back. They aren't mentioning that. Buying a barely used spa from a neighbor selling their home made sense for our budget but this company just for spite discontinued the service in the middle of the summer but gladly took our money during the slow winter months. Once again get everything in writing with this company. We agreed on a $10,295 for a spa that had more jets, more motors, blue tooth and was comparable to the other spa we purchased. The spa company came back and said it was for a different spa with less features which is not what we had agreed upon and that is why we didn't purchase the spa. We purchase used and they get upset? Really? Saving 5k is a bad thing? No slandering involved just the truth and letting people know this company will leave you high and dry with no warning during busy months when it is difficult to get service..... oh wait,,,,,unless you purchase a hot tub from them.

      Show me where you advertise you must purchase a spa with your company. BTW....they serviced my sister in laws spa in Harbert for years and she never purchased a spa from them.

      Please come into our store and see right on the front wall behind the counter we have numerous signs stating all mentioned above. We service what we sell, local service begins with purchasing locally, and no where does it say that we have to service every hot tub in the area as a matter fact there is an additional sign stating we reserve the right to only service what we sell. We do not advertise nor need to. We do in fact have a website that shows services we offer. We are locally owned since 1989. We appreciate your feedback because obviously the service was enjoyed. On 2/24/21 we were contacted via phone at which point you received the first of 3 emails. You replied at 3:16 the same day the tub you liked. 10 minutes later you were quoted the $10,295 plus tax. 2 hours later you replied that you found something comparable for $7999.00. Then the next day 2/25/21 asked what options were included on the tub in mention. Then there were numerous phone calls and you were revisit the idea when you got here from Texas. The blue tooth is absurd as we do not offer the bluetooth- please refer to text on 3/5/21 with a sell tag showing all included and the 10,295 price. At that time you texted 3/25 asking to have the deal written up which was done at the quoted $10,295 plus tax. A reply text was received same day stating "I thought we talked about a number less around $8500" which makes absolutely no sense as it was never a number talked about. You were told no way are we selling that tub for that price. Then we were told sorry for wasting our time. Same day were sent options for $8500 if that is what you wanted to spend. Now to the service you are claiming that we have not obligated. You were sent exact times and dates that we were there. As a matter a fact yesterday 6/28/21 we serviced the spa in mention at 1:56 pm Eastern time there was a maroon Highlander in your driveway with a man, woman and child were at the home. The man had his legs in the spa at which time we asked to give us 5 minutes to maintain the spa. So the claim on BBB, and by daily email saying that camera footage doesn't show us is either invalid or you need better cameras. We wish you luck with the new hot tub, and please leave us alone and carry on with your decision as this has turned into a daily trolling event. Thank you.

      The person at this company who is "trolling" is spiteful, childish, and damaged. Ask yourself if you would want to work with a person who has no regard for the consumer and who is rude and unprofessional? If this wasn't just for spite would love to know how many clients spa service was discontinued other than us. Please include only clients in good payment standing as this would be interesting to know.
