Dont worry.. ***** will lock you into a contract before they will even work with you! And then, they will try to use fear tactics, and back you into a corner and make threats of getting lawyers involved when the deal is nothing like what was promised. **** tried to get me to sell my only means of transportation to get me into a home that they knew i could not afford because they tacked on 1k dollars a month to my payment. If not for them I could have been In a home by now at a price that was fair! Buyer beware!!! To make matters worse, **** decided to viloate the code of ethics by sharing my personal information with my family members about my financial dealings with another realtor, and **** texted me and confronted me for going with another realtor! Very unprofessional and agaisnt the law at that.
