      Installed my hot water heater and my furnace. They did a fantastic job and I am more than satisfied with their work.

      I would NEVER recommend these guys. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only did they do a terrible job once but TWICE. We paid 12k for our bathroom “remodel” it was just some flooring a shower and new toilet…and the guys that did it didn’t level out the bathroom floor before putting the new flooring on top of it they just left the old floor that was uneven and not complete underneath that the original owners put in. (They were supposed to do our subfloor and didn’t do that either, it was the ENTIRE reason we called them. Our floor was dangerously water damaged and soft) So the new floor we paid them 12k to put in was cracked and broke in a multiple different spots less than 6 months after the job was completed the first time because the new flooring would just bend in when walked on. Where they put our new shower in the drywall was left all exposed and unevenly cut to the walls where they put in our new shower and they used the wrong size drywall to top it off and just left it that way. We contacted them because 12K is a LOT OF MONEY to get cheated!! They assured us they’d come back out and redo the ENTIRE thing, made us wait 4-6 weeks to schedule since they had to order the flooring and showers…SAME GUYS came out, they only ripped out some chunks of the subfloor that were damaged and fixed those. They said they didn’t want to take our vanity out and put it back…and then just put more flooring over that, they didn’t rip the shower out and replace the subfloor underneath it where there’s a big hole under it even after we were PROMISED that they would be ripping it ALL out…even though we were told they were “redoing the entire project again” to “make it right” when confronted about it we were BLOCKED and IGNORED… been not even a year and WE have to pay someone a lot of money to come fix their screw up. The shower is STILL LEAKING after they supposedly redid it all but they never ripped the shower out like the guy told his boss he did. So they’re liars and cheats.

      The last contact you made with us was January 2023. It has been over a year since our last visit to your home. We have not blocked your phone number or email. We haven't heard anything about a leak until this review. We were at your house 6 times to try to satisfy you. We have done everything we can to make you happy and it still wasn't enough. We completely ripped out the first job we did and redid it and you still were not satisfied. We completed everything in the scope of work (twice). The bathroom looked great at the time of completion. I'm sorry you are not sattisfied.

      I have never been treated with such disrespect. ******* the Supervisor was hands down unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. Telling me "I'm talking, I'm not finished", when I had questions on why my furnace less then 5 years old needed to be fixed every year. Which was installed by Boss. She went on to say "I didn't break your furnace" and "I (the customer) neglected my furnace". I will NEVER go back or RECOMMEND their services.

      Your furnace was installed in 2018. You have never had it serviced. I'm not sure if you change the filter or not. You have not called us to fix it so I can't vouch for the people that you have had working on it. Respect goes both ways. We try to do everything we can to help but we can't just hold a phone to our ear and be yelled at. I'm sorry we are not a good fit for your needs.

      Terrible quality and customer service. Both window installers were fired after our windows were installed and we continue to have problems and boss wont do anything to fix it, let alone return a phone call. We will not be doing business with them moving forward.

      *****, As I said in both of the Google reviews you left, you and your wife have admitted to us in writing that the problem with the windows is not our fault. In that same email you told us that if we give you a refund you will “keep quiet”. Unfortunately we can’t give money to everyone who threatens us. We will continue to support any workmanship issues associated with anything we have done.

      My service was terrible. I have been a customer of Boss services for 2 years and faithfully paid my monthly fees in case my home had an issue. For the first time I actually needed the service was treated rude by the executive Rebeccah and the staff refused to give me the owners information. Basically I had an early appt from 1-3 and nobody ever showed up. Mind you I had took off from work and was told that if i had an appointment at 5 i would have to pay 75.00 for the late appointment. They were very unprofessional and I will give bad reviews until I am able to contact the owners. Rebeccah should be fired because she yelled horribly at me and I did back llikewise because they kept giving me the run around and had me waiting and nobody showed up and I had called off from work. And Rebeccah stated after my last time reaching out she was not going to send out anybody because of the bad review and wanted me to take down my review. I will let people know until something is done from her upper management.

      BOSS made it right!!! I had posted earlier this week because I was having issues getting work completed. I understand that today's labor market can make it difficult to fulfil customer needs. Not only was Boss services EXTREMELY prompt in addressing my concern (the company owner responded within minutes online and a manager called me first thing the next morning) they were able to accommodate moving my service up to an earlier time so that my husband and I could leave for the weekend. From the very first technician to the last they have shown themselves to be professional- going above and beyond to answer questions and create a quote that was affordable and even included additional amenities. I am so happy with the results from Boss services- I have a three year membership!

      I had Boss come out to 'fix' my HV** unit.The first time the tech came out, I wasn't home, just my wife. The tech seemed super nice and brought coffee, which is one of their marketing strategies to get people in a good mood, before they overcharge them. Anyway, he 'finished' the job quick, and then left. I figured everything was fixed and paid the excessively high bill.So the next time we turned the ** on, I immediately heard a loud boom sound, and it died. So I went outside and took the side panel off to see the wires that he had 'replaced,' only to move a couple and find that he had actually left exposed wire. Only some were replaced and others just had tape on them. Even worse, the exposed wire was only held back from the metal by a horrible electrical tape job. Obviously, the tape didn't hold well and the exposed wire had touched metal, which blew the entire unit.That night I called again. They did send the tech back out and this time I made sure I was home. I verified that everything was actually completed this time and the wires were actually replaced. However, due to his mistake the first time, it also blew out my Ecobee thermstat. He didn't want to stay long enough to actually fix the problem, so he did a quick rewire job to link the ** unit to the heating unit, just to make sure that the HV** had power and would run. He explained that he wasn't supposed to do that and that I would need to buy a new Ecobee unit. He also explained that Boss overcharges for those too, so he recommended just buying one on Amazon and rewiring it myself back to normal. Which I ended up doing. However, I never should have had to pay for that. Only later did I find out that the tech they sent, ***, has been pulled from service several times and is responsible for their duct cleanings but somehow keeps getting assigned to service customers units. So this never should have happened in the first place. The only thing I can think of is that this is due to a high turnover rate.
