My A/C unit would not stop running. I called Haisma Heating and Cooling. Derrick arrived promptly within the 2 hour time frame agreed upon. Derrick found the problem which was a switch which had "welded" itself open. He replaced it and checked over the complete system and made sure everything worked. He Emailed me a bill which I paid on the spot. I am very happy with the service and treatment that I received and will have them put in a new system when this 32 year old Amana system dies.Review from Pat D

I had a problem with the outside A/C unit during a recent heat/humidity wave. I called the phone number on the sticker (after business hours) and left a message and was quickly contacted by the tech. We both agreed it was not an emergency ($$) and made an appointment for the next morning. **** the technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on the truck and the unit was back in service in no time. He took the time to show me a better procedure for cleaning the outside unit as even though I cleaned it in the spring, it was dirty enough to cause the failure. The cost of the service call was reasonable and Im completely satisfied with the entire experience. Thanks!Review from John D

Quick response. Quick diagnosis. Quick repair. This was for a rental and I didn't need to show, I just requested the repair, scheduled it and they billed me for the repair.Review from Grace V

Responded quickly to my problem, received a call by 8:30 AM the morning after I sent a message. I was also able to schedule a service call for later that same day and it was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend!Review from Robert H

Mark and Alex surely know the business. Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Always on time and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Haisma Heating and cooling not only for those reason, but they are honest and fair. A quality hard to find today in business today. Thank you.
