Never again will I put my trust into the "more budget friendly" company. Needed back window installed in a 2017 jeep Cherokee latitude. First off, the guy showed up over an hour late. Then, once he arrives, he tells me it'll be about 45 mins off him to complete the task, which was fine with me. I was even still happy with the service when the guy finished and left. It wasn't until the next morning, when my battery was dead due to some lights being on all night. And why were they on do you ask? The moron screwed something up and so the lift gate will no longer latch which makes a warning light occurs and keeps the lights on! Well, right away, I called the 24hr number to visions. They lady I spoke to told me show would get ahold of him and have him called me back asap. Let me remind you this call was at 5am. Well.... Noon rolls around. Still no call.... So I call back. The lady answers again. She tells me he didn't call me back because my boyfriend is the one who ruined my car since when he showed up to pay him, he started walking around the car and "messing" with it. As soon as I heard her say that I pulled the cameras up the guy must've missed while here, to see what happened. Which showed me that my boyfriend never went in the garage. The guys straight up light.. so by then, my boyfriend calls back to find out what they plan on doing to fix his mistake but they proceeded to be rude and basically say since the guys been doing his job for like 10 year, he would never make a mistake. I call BS. Now, my car still continue to "liftgate open" and Visions won't even make an effort to fix the issue their man created.
