I made a payment on time for my mortgage. It said drafted but didn't post. So United charged a late fee and won't reverse the fee even though it was a system error.Review from Brent H.

July 5 2022 I received automated call stating they detected fraud charges on my debit, blocked and cancelled card. I was thrilled they caught it. As I looked there was a $305 debit at a grocery store in ******* ** same time. I live in ************** ** and have frequent usage daily including day of at stores around me. Moral, cant be in two states same time using same card. They agreed and returned funds. Three days later they took them back stating I used my card there. After numerous calls totaling over 3 hours the fraud department agreed and released the funds back to the bank. For almost a month UFCU cant seem to return my funds sitting in limbo or even figure out whats happened. They were great to work with two years ago on a home loan but somethings apparently changed and theres an internal disconnect. My next step will be filing a complaint with the BBB.Review from Caroline S

One star is generous. 3 months after I bought my car they informed me I had not submitted proof of insurance, which I had. I called and re submitted proof and the lady I talked to on the phone said they’d resolve the issue. A month later my car payment increased. When I called to ask why the told me I had no proof of insurance. I explained the issue and they told me I needed to submit proof again. I did that and they told me the issue was resolved. This morning, four months after, they tried to repo my car. They claim I am three months behind and that my payments are twice what they really are. Luckily I have proof of all my payments. After almost three hours on the phone with one of their condescending reps they finally let me keep my car. I am livid. I had no communication telling me any of this. If the kind man who was sent to tow my car hadn’t rung the doorbell I wouldn’t have known anything was happening. What kind of business is run this way?Review from Lesley R

This is been the worst experience Ever.. I have always liked this credit union so much so that I decided to get my home mortgage through them. I recently had a home insurance claim. Of course the home insurance Hass to write the check out to the mortgage and myself. I hired a contractor I got the estimate I did everything that they asked me to and on an every day basis they refuse to give me the money to fix the house. Even though I gave them a check for $13,000 from the insurance. As today I have only received 6700 of the 13,173 Check. I put the check in the bank at the United credit union branch 10 days ago. It's probably consumed about 15 hours of my work days. And my contractor has bent over backwards sending estimate over estimate trying to get the money so I can fix my own home. I would also like to mention that the woman on the back and that is not helping anything her name is Ashley and I will be going above and beyond to make sure she knows how hard and Ridiculous she has made this
