Five years ago they did my driveway. Three years later I called with concerns that the cement was crumbling. They told me that I salted it too much even though I've never salted it. I had to call several times only to receive messages through office staff. They had no interest in my concerns. All my neighbors around me have had their driveways longer and look so much better. I will never use this company again.

We came out and looked at it. It was a minimum of 3 years after we had completed your work when you called. Any sort of warranty would have long expired. We explained why it did it. We never said you salted it too much. We explained that because it was at the end of your driveway you would get salt from the plow trucks. You did not keep the end of your driveway free of snow. The salt was trapped under the snow and ice at the end of your driveway. You cannot let salt sit there and saturate. This is true because the rest of your driveway did not do that or anything we did at your residence. This is the reason it happened. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for something like this. Your neighbors may possibly keep there driveways cleaner in the winter months.
