Issues: **** does not work, lid leaks and Grilla Grill wants to sell part to correct, and PID is a poor design. ****: Grilla Grills website indicates you can control your Silverbac AT from anywhere with the new Wi-Fi-enabled controller! When the grill cannot connect, Grilla Grill indicates the **** only works on 2.4Ghz **** band width. Nothing is mentioned about the limited band width the controller receives. Customer has spent several hours on the phone with ATT&T support. Purchased a 2.4Ghz extender for the Grilla Grill Silverback. **** remains unfunctional. Leaking Lid: Sealing surface allows grease and smoke to escape tarnishing the front shelf. Grilla Grill remedy is to sell a SILVERBAC ACCESSORY PACK for $50. For the price of their units, the Accessory Pack which includes a grease catch and lid deflector should come with the unit to correct their design flaws. Grilla Grill indicates that the fundamental elements are easy to understand. If this is the case, then why is Grilla not supplying this correction for no charge? PID Control: When in PID Control mode, the fan has a pulsation which is annoying. I have never heard of a PID control in this manner. I supplied a private ******* link with the video, but Grilla indicated they could not open. One customer rep asked me to explain what PID was.I have offered a resolution but the customer service disregards any solution and continues to respond with the same questions that have already been answered.

I ordered a grill from these guys and it came malfunctioning. I called customer service who is impossible to get to pick up and takes days to call back if they call back at all. They sent me parts to repair it which did not work and instructions on other things to check. After explaining my frustration that a brand new grill I paid good money for was requiring hours of me working on it for free they sent me a 10% off coupon for a future purchase.... I got 15% off when I bought the grill just spending 5 minutes online searching for coupon codes. I wasted at least 4-5 hours on this project so at this point I just want to return it and get my money back. I e-mailed them back stating this and they replied that I needed to box it back up and put it back on a pallet to ship it back. I understand that it needed boxed back up and put on a pallet but the box it came in was long gone (This had been going on for a month) and I cant' find a big enough one to fit it in. I e-mailed them asking if I was going to get a full refund as I was worried I would get a partial one and then the grill would be gone. No Reply. Waited almost a week and e-mailed them again stating my frustrations and the only e-mail I get back is the generic one I got the first time about putting it in a box and on a pallet. Tried calling customer service with no answer and no call back. VERY frustrated now and will be fighting this. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
