We have had several repairs made over the last 6 months. I did question the owner once about a repair that was needed to the exhaust just days after the exhaust had work performed. His answer was that once you drive the car anything can happen. We have had work done to the car, picked the car up and then have another problem. The complete safety inspections don't turn up the issues that seem to arise a short time after visiting the garage. I am attaching the letter and all supporting documents that I sent to Real Pro Auto. After receiving the information, the owner contacted my daughter, *************************. She went to their garage on Eastern Ave, ************, ********. He said that he didn't know what he could do for us, that all repairs were done correctly, and that the car is "older and things break down". After some discussion, he offered to have **** bring the car back in to let them look it over. For what? He then said that the parts are under warranty, so any parts that are bad would be replaced, there are no problems right now, so why would you offer to replace bad parts, so this makes absolutely no sense. He also said "rest assured that the employees that did the work on your car do not work here anymore." Sounds to me like he knew there was a problem with work being performed. We feel that there should be some kind of monetary relief from Real Pro Auto.
