On October 13, 2021, I purchased certified 2018 Mazda CX-9 from Crown Motors. A few important features (remote start, iphone connectivity software, etc) were included on the vehicle's listing on the dealer's website. These features were essential to my decision making while car shopping. Only after purchase I was informed that the vehicle did not actually have several of the functions from the listing, and that I would have to pay $1,000+ for installation. Had I known this ahead of time, or if the listing was accurate, I would not have purchased the vehicle. Additionally, on the date of purchase there was a sensor malfunction on the vehicle, which was to be repaired, then the car delivered to my home. Upon delivery two days later the malfunction was still present. I took the car back to the dealership for repair, which took another week. When I picked up the car, over 300 miles had been added to the odometer. Due to the incorrect listing and mishandling of my purchase, I would like the dealership to cancel the entire transaction; take back the car and refund me 100% of my $14,177 down payment.
