It was evident that they were more interested in following scripted responses than in genuinely addressing my concerns. To add insult to injury, the prolonged wait times for product delivery only served to exacerbate my frustration. While I understand that delays can occur, the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process was unacceptable. Waiting for an extended period without any updates or reassurances left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. What truly disappointed me was the lack of empathy displayed by Whirlpool's employees. Instead of acknowledging and addressing my concerns with sincerity, they seemed more focused on deflecting blame and avoiding accountability. As a result of this experience, I am left questioning my loyalty to Whirlpool. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, especially when it comes at the expense of their loyal patrons. I purchased a whirlpool 2 door fridge 13 months ago. I hate it! Eight days after warranty it developed a loud rubbing noise. I called customer service and they basically told me too bad, no longer covered but, if i wanted to purchase a warranty it would cost me $39 a month for a year. The fridge is a joke. Cheap plastic light covers that keep falling off, door handles keep coming loose, very hard level adjustments, door squeak at opening, filter door will not close and lock, info section is a real joke and much more. DON'T BUY!!!! Whirlpool deserves to go under! They are making nor so cheap junk! Boycott Whirlpool!

World pool is absolutely no good.We bought a wash machine.We bought a refrigerator within two years neither one of them work. People never buy whirlpool!!!!!!!

New maytag dryer needs 2 parts,requested a new dryer or an extended warranty, said NO.

Bought a new fridge in September 23. It stopped working and needed a new compressor in December 23. Repair went smoothly. Less than 4 weeks later our fridge broke again and we started the process to get fixed 1/17/2024. Here we are nearly 4 MONTHS and its still broke!! We keep getting the run around and every time we call someone else will be calling us back. We just need a fridge this is beyond frustrating! We have been patient (was first told parts on back order, to be ghosted by the repairman), understanding, and kind, but this is costing us so much money on either ruined food, or the need to eat out more since we dont have a working fridge to stock up. Whirlpool should be ashamed with themselves!! This is just terrible! Huge buyers remorse!

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. So happy. When it came time to change filter I got it stuck, I call service they sent tech out next day under warranty. Under warranty the tech was so polite and got it out and pit new one in, he did not make me feel dumb as the filter was in right but lid would not close he fixed issues showed me how to clear filter setting and checked my door handles. Thank you whirlpool.

Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator WRS571CIHZ01 just four years old & ice stopped dispensing. Called a local gal out to see if it could be fixed. The motor still works, but a wire near the bottom of the door broke off. It is not something that can be fixed except by replacing the entire freezer door at a cost of 900$ + install. This is apparently a common issue, but when I called Whirlpool they informed me that there is no recall so they will do nothing! I will NEVER buy Whirlpool again!

Stay away from whirlpool products. Unless you like your stuff being rebuilt in home when clearly one pays top dollar for an appliance. To not work properly and still go thru all the trouble to try and get it to work right. Should have never purchased this electric range. But here we are. Still struggling with getting it to work properly. Cooking takes double the time rather the time function how it actually should.

I purchased a washer that broke a few days before the 1 year manufacturers warranty was up. I didn't notice that my washer wasn't agitating anymore until the very last day of that warranty. And whirlpool would not cover the garbage piece of crap they built. Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND, or any product associated with them in the future.

The oven heats the whole stove and the surfaces gets too hot. They won't take it back.
