              On Oct 22 I called to have We Do Locksmith make a spare key that had been lost for my vehicle. They quoted me $300 and would be at my home in an hour and a half. Was very pleased with speedy service, although he programmed my key into a Lexus key fob rather than a ****** saying thats all he had. That part doesnt bother me so very much but if it had bothered me that would be a bit awkward to have my car key already programmed. Would have preferred confirming that it was ok before it was just completed. When I went to pay, I was informed that it was $330 with the tax. I have a newborn so it didnt register right away, but we have only have a 7.5% sales tax in Clay county. I called and asked the technician about it and was told it was a credit card fee. I called the call center to complain and was told he would check with the technician. This was not discussed prior and is a shady way to do business. The receipt that was sent to me by text only shows the total and not any breakdown of the charges.

              I had a key fob with remote start made on March 23, 2024. The tech performed the job fairly quickly upon arrival. Within 10 minutes of leaving we were unable to auto start the vehicle with the key he made.He seemed annoyed when I called him back and stated that the key worked and we were not pressing the correct buttons. After he left several attempts were made to auto start my vehicle and it did not work!I called the company back on March 26, 2024 to ask for someone to come back out. The same rude, unprofessional tech called me back and told me that the key works and that no one is coming out because he already showed my son how to start the car.I expect better service considering this was a $220 purchase. I called the company and requested a call from a supervisor and keep getting the run around.
