Just chased a representative from The Window Depot, LLC out of our ************* in **********, *******... The sign at the entrance to our development shows that NO SOLICITORS welcome... I stopped him in the walkway and asked if there was something I could help him with.Said he sold hurricane windows door to door for The Window Depot. I told him that there was six cars in the parking lot and it was off season. As far as I could tell he was checking doors. I'm the only one on the top floor of our building and I had my shoes and ****** outside of my door but he didn't knock on my door and I clearly don't have hurricane windows already... I called the police and they came over but by that time he was gone.. *********** said the whole thing stinks of a scam. We do have cameras in the hallways so we do have a record of him and a description. I called the company in ***** to see if in fact do they sell door to door.. They said they didn't but they would contact him to stay away... so apparently they do in fact sell door to door.

Set a consultation from them during a home show in ******** for a Saturday morning. Someone called Wednesday to confirm which I did. No one showed up Saturday. No call no text no email. Wasted my entire morning.

Again! Our condo complex has complained about this company at least a dozen times, and it doesn't stop them from ignoring the NO SOLICITING signs. I'll again call the authorities, the company, and continue to give bad reviews. The solicitors are always condescending, and I've seen the same reps numerous times. This time I heard him call his coworker to say I asked him to leave. So why do they keep coming back?? If they can't be professional about solicitation, how can they be professional about anything else?

I want to add to my original review. I want to recognize Brandon Neal. Brandon is a salesman with the Louisville KY based Window Depot. We found him to be very knowledgeable of the replacement windows we were interested in purchasing. Brandon spent 90 minutes explaining the entire process of selection and the installation process. He was most thorough in his description of the actual windows and how they would enhance the value of our property. We were very impressed with Brandon's presentation and suggest his employer give him a substantial pay increase and or bonus.

We are 100% satisfied.Deshawn H. c, the installer, did an outstanding job. He was very professional and extremely conscientious about his work. I have recommended your company to our neighbors. Thanks

I signed a contract 3 Aug 2021 to have 3 windows and 2 front entry doors installed. Had to wait 14 weeks from order to installation (19 Nov 2021) but 1 dining room window middle section was almost 2 inches higher than the other dining room window; they said "manufacturer error" and I was told it would not take another 12 weeks to get new window installed. Today is 8 weeks and counting. I had to contact someone in November since no one bothered to contact me as to when I would be getting the new window installed, was told it should be in 14 Nov. Owner Wife/Ops Boss (Sana) called me and gave me nothing but excuses! Typed and mailed letter to owner Giancomo? (Jack); got no response; so I called and just got off the phone with him today and I told him that he and his people have offered me nothing but excuses! Asked him why don't he eat the remaining $500 I owe (paid after final inspection); he initially said "fine, I don't care about the money, I care about making you happy." But after I told him I left a bad review on Google, then he says to me, "if you leave a bad review, then you can forget about getting your $500 discount." Typical of a greedy person. Sign a contract with these people if you want to - good luck! They take your money and then forget to take care of you - they could care less about you once they have your money - its what I would call a "on to the next customer!" attitude.
