      Crystal Clearwater was amazing. They came to my house and on their way. I was able to see where they were at where the truck location was who was coming there biography this way I could put a name to the face when they pulled up. They installed my water system in an hour and a half super clean the technicians were amazing walked me through everything and explained the whole system even showed me a video to watch you. Explain everything after they were done for my records.

      They came to our house put a water system in and our water has never been better I can drink from the tap it's bacteria free I never had better water in my house thank you. There is no more spots in ours Fossetts or shower doors it is not corroding or pipes in appliances anymore we thank you so much

      I had crystal clear water come out to my property to deal with some really nasty smelling water. The technician arrived and was very polite and knowledgeable about his job. A simple repair and a sanitation and my water was no longer smelling. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem in such short notice.

      I had Crystal Clear Water come to my house. They installed a whole house reverse osmosis system. My experience was great. I have no complaints. The technicians came out were nice and friendly. I would strongly recommend this company. If you're looking for better water in your home, they even have a nice software where you can see. The technician is on their way to their house and follow them in the truck.

      Stay far away from this company!It's been 5 years since we began business and bought our 1st system with crystal clear water. During these 5 years we've had nothing but issues...5 new tanks later and thousands down the drain we have washed our hands clean of these swindlers and moved on to a real plumber who is actually certified in working with these systems...not some sales chumps that drain you for every dime you have for issues that can be easily fixed with simple resin refills instead of entire tank swaps costing thousands. Just do yourself a favor and take my advice!!! Stay away from these people.

      In late 2022 I paid Crystal Clear over Four Thousand Dollars to replace my water system, On or about 6\21 I was told that the motherboard to the unit didn't seem to be working and since Crystal Clear had installed it I should contact them which I did, I was told it would be $150 for someone to look at it. I did think it odd since it was a unit that was still under warranty I would need to pay for someone to look at it. But,whatever. Right away she started about payment and asked which credit card i wanted use. Apparently they still had my debit card from when I paid for the unit. I was also told there would be convenience fee for charging the card. I said she did have my permission to charge any card including a fee since it wouldn't be a convenience to me. I said I would give the man cash and she agreed. I'm on a fixed income and that late in the month I am budgeted down to the nickel. The next day the gentleman came out and confirmed the problem and he would go back to the office and see if a replacement part was available. If not he would order it and would return. The part was not available and he said it would be in within a day or so. The morning of the 23rd I awake to my debit card charged 154.50 which included the fee. I immediately call the office and said my permission was not given to charge card and I had the cash that I was going to pay when he returned to complete the job. She said she was very sorry and would credit the card right away. A different man came 2 days later to replace the part and told him to see me when he finished so I could pay him. He said there was no charge and I told him the office was aware of it. I later looked, he was gone. I called the office again explained what happened. I also said I hadn't seen any money back on the debit card. She laughing said it takes 4-8 days for a credit to come through. I work in an industry where there are times money needs to be returned,it takes 48 tops. A check for 150 was sent but still no $ ,

      Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc. regarding their poor services and unprofessional conduct. I engaged the services of Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc. for the installation of a water system in my home. Faulty Water System: The system installed by Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc. emits a strong sulfur smell and causes a rough feeling on the skin. Despite my repeated attempts to address this issue with the company, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. The system remains defective and unusable.Lack of Communication: The company has shown a complete disregard for effective communication. I have received no response to my complaints and inquiries, leading to frustration and a lack of trust in their ability to address the problems. Mishandling of Personal Information:theycollected my personal information over the phonewithout providing any assurance or documentation regarding the privacy and security of this data. This is a clear violation of regulations set forth by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).Removal of System without Replacement: Without my consent or acknowledgment, Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc. removed the entire water system from my property, leaving me without a functioning system. This action demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a disregard customersatisfaction.Misrepresentation of Financing Options: The company misled me regarding the financing options available. Despite providing my personal information over the phone, I never received any documentation or forms related to the Aqua Finance approval. Upon contacting Aqua Finance directly, they confirmed that they have no record of my application.These issues have caused immense stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I have attempted to resolve the matter directly with Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc., but their lack of response and failure to address the problems

      Everything this lady saying is a lie we can show you and prove to you that we ran you through Aqua Finance. We even sent you the forms for Aqua Finance to be signed to complete the paperwork. We have made multiple attempts documented emails text messages, phone calls going on for months which again we can prove all this. We have all the documentation. Her water was smelling, but it was only in the hot water side. We even gave her on a recorded phone call options to come to her house and sanitizer water heater for free. She said no on recording phone calls stating that she does our property because we are racist. Meanwhile, we have someone from every authenticity working at our business. We gave her every option to sign the paperwork or to pay with straight disregard and lack of returning phone calls. So yes, we took back. What was our that was never paid, for we have all the documentations to disprove and discredit what she is saying on every level. So at the end of the day if you dont pay for something, I dont return the companys phone calls emails or text messages.What what happens when you dont pay your bills you cant be mad at the repo company for not paying your car bill come on lady.

Despite my repeated attempts to communicate and resolve the issues, I have received no response or any documents to sign. This lack of response also extends to my last text message after the visit from the supervisor.Upon contacting Aqua Finance directly, I was informed that the requested documents were never sent by your company. This lack of coordination and failure to follow through on essential tasks is indicative of a highly unprofessional approach to business. Furthermore, I must address the disturbing observation that some members of your staff have exhibited racist behavior, making this experience even more distressing.Additionally, I want to point out that I was never offered any complimentary services or alternatives, despite your claim of providing options for free. It seems that this statement is completely fabricated, adding to the growing list of concerns I have with your company.The water softener, which I had purchased from your company, has never functioned properly. Considering my busy schedule, it has been incredibly frustrating to deal with this ongoing issue without any support or follow-up from your team. The supervisor who came to my home displayed an unprofessional demeanor, further exacerbating the situation.Even in cases of repossession, responsible companies strive to find solutions and address customer dissatisfaction. However, your company has shown a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction, demonstrating a severe lack of integrity and respect.Furthermore, *********** tech wanted to charge an exorbitant fee of $400 for adding a piece to my hot water tank that was unnecessary. This is a clear indication of either incompetence or an attempt to take advantage of your customers. I implore you to educate yourselves on the principles of respect and customer service, as your current approach is detrimental to your business reputation.In addition to the aforementioned concerns, I must also address the fact that your company has failed to respond to my last text message after the visit from the supervisor. This lack of communication only adds to the growing frustration and shows a disregard for customer support.I would like to highlight that a balance of $1,500 was due for the entire bill. However, due to the numerous issues with the tank and the fact that the Aqua Finance documents were never sent, I became increasingly wary.       All I expected was compassion and to receive the documents they stated to be sent to receive the financing. The ******* was being held until I felt safe that I was not stuck with a faulty machine. They left me with no instructions and I was clueless coming from the north. All I want is a replacement, my for bags of salt that was taken and an apology.

      I have not heard from them they are not responding to my emails, They posted a horrible complaint bragging they repossessed my machine and I dont pay my bills

      After IAN hits the Ft.Myers area (Lee county), the company rise the price to $200 for a simple replacement of 3 well water pipes. Rip Off / for senior citizens and/or families with small children. Is this helping the communities??

      this is after the hurricane, we are all suffering! we all lost our houses and lives were lost, I'm sorry you have no water but so do thousands of people. This charge is for fixing your well pipe and coming to your house after the hurricane at a state of emergency and fixing your water, techs have left their house that they lost and loved ones that died but getting your water and charging a fair price is acceptable but giving us a bad review because of it , shame on you.

      I have had issues upon issues with this company since buying the whole house reverse osmosis system. I have made calls and emails with questions and complaints and i never get a reasonable response if i even get one. Not only do they never stay on track or be consistent with monthly maintenance without getting on top of them but Somehow there is always something wrong or something that needs to be fixed. IF i have the monthly maintenance and the brand new system from the start it should be running as smooth as possible, it does not. This company says the system is fitted and customized to the needs of the home but it does not clear my water good enough from what my well gives off, then they want to charge me to overhaul/sanitize the system that they guarantee.

      ******, I am very sorry to read this. While doing maintenance on 9/14, the technician noticed a few issues that we recommended be fixed. Part of the maintenance is to identity issues and give recommendations to repair. The system was installed in 2019, pressure switches are out in the elements and  become rusted and eventually will burnt out and stop working, if that happens then there will be no water. We are just advising the condition of the switch. The recommendations for the sulfur buildup, sulfur buildup is completely out of our control as it comes directly from the well, while performing the maintenance we noticed build up and the gave our recommendations to clear it up. Our warranty for the whole House Reverse Osmosis states that it does not cover sulfur because we cant control what comes from the aquifer. Aquifer levels change often, we are sorry that you are unhappy and if you'd like to give us a call we would be more than happy to work with you.

      How is this still in our profile for the bbb? you didn't even look at our contracts / agreements. It clearly states that we are not responsible for sanitations or sulfur bacteria buildup from the well. This is the ***** issue that has sulfur buildup and will plug up your system. The system will operate fine but overtime it will get clogged if not sanitized. this is normal operation every 3-5 years or if you get sulfur bacteria, refer to our agreement and also consult the health department they will state the same.
