I am customer ********************** recently went to cancel an extended warranty and maintenence plans for a 2019 Mustang I had just sold. I was directed the man in the last office on the left. I say this because I don't know his name. He asked what he could do for me then offered me a seat (See above) With no smile and barely any eye contact he looked up at me and said I needed to take it to the dealer I bought the car from. That was it. No offer of help in any way just arrogant attitude of dismissing me. I let him know I was unhappy and he told me to "have a nice day".I left his office and then asked for the manager because I was very unhappy. This guy then comes out of his office to confront me. Now I was angry. This guy who couldn't get me out of his office is now getting in my face. I told him he was full of ******** he then said "you need to stay away from me because I'm not sure what I will do". I asked for clarity if he was physically threatening me and said "yes". That I needed to get out of his space. His space was in his office when decided he was done with me. He chose to come out of his office and try to intimidate me. This is just a review for the public. I will be taking this up with somebody who will do something about.
